Thank you for giving us the opportunity to give the feedback on our recent trip to China. Let me introduce myself, my name is normala sharif one of the group member that goes to China together with Abdul Hazim, Abdul Khalim and Abdul hafiz. For your information we families. I am writing on behalf of my family and below is our feedback.
Lanzhou:
Fly to Lanzhou on 25 Déc 2013
Tour Guide; Lily is there to receive us at the airport on time. We were given warm greetings with a smile and was given an explanation the itinerary whilst we were on the way to the airport. She make sure that everything is clear and ask her if there is any other things that we would like to do. Very informative and professional in giving us all the information that is valuable for a tourist. She is very helpful and friendly, she even offer to take pictures for us. She tried her best to get us to visit the village and the college. She walk together with us through the Muslim market. Never feel tired in sharing the stories and history of the places that we visited. I must compliment her for her excellent service.
Hôtel; Good location and comfortable. The restaurant serve ‘halal’ food which enable us to have proper breakfast instead of just bread and coffee.
Repas; Lunch and Dinner was in a big and decent restaurant. Lily took us to the best Halal restaurant available in Lanzhou and Linxia. Food was good and 4 dishes were served for us. The restaurants are clean.
Itenerary; The itenerary in Linxia is excellent. The drive to the Muslim village on the mountain is beautiful. We even stop along the way to snap pictures of the mountain with snow. Even though we only have 1 day tour in Linxia but with the information given by Lily, we get to know the place better with all the history.
Driver; Mr Wang very friendly and accommodating. He us feel safe and comfortable. Very respectfull.
Xi an:
Arrive in Xi an on 27 Déc. guide and driver were there to fetch us.
Tour Guide; Snow was with us all the while. Always smile and friendly. Has a lot of stories. Informative and professional in handling her guest. She make sure that we are happy with our accommodation, she even came up to see the room when we complaint that the room is a bit small. We were briefed on the itenerary upon arrival and reminded us of the weather and advise us to wear enough clothing to keep ourself warm. Toujours vérifier si la nourriture nous convient. Elle est une guide attentionnée et respectueuse.
Hôtel; L'hôtel est bon, malheureusement, la première nuit, il y avait un bruit de perceuse venant de l'étage, ce qui s'est produit après 12 minuit et a continué jusqu'à 3:30matin. Nous nous sommes plaints à la réception et on nous a demandé de déménager dans une autre chambre à 3:30matin. La deuxième chambre était plutôt petite. Le lendemain, après que nous nous sommes plaints de la taille de la chambre, nous avons été déplacés dans une autre chambre. Dans la première chambre, le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas. La deuxième chambre, le drainage de la zone de la douche était bouché.
Repas; les repas étaient pris dans un grand restaurant correct et propre. La nourriture était bonne et variée. 3/4 plats par repas. Nous avons été consultés par le guide sur ce que nous aimerions manger, ce que j'ai vraiment apprécié.
Itenerary; l'attraction principale est la terre cuite. L'itinéraire est relaxant et nous avons beaucoup de temps libre. Cela pourrait être bien pour nous car nous ne sommes pas si jeunes, mais pour les touristes plus jeunes, ils pourraient avoir besoin de plus d'activités. Des endroits comme le musée des tablettes de pierre ne devraient pas être inclus car nous ne comprenons pas les caractères. Peut-être pourriez-vous inclure quelques visites de sites légèrement en dehors de Xi'an. Le vol de Xi'an à Pékin est trop tôt, Nous devons quitter l'hôtel à 7:30 et nous devons nous réveiller à 5 heure pour nous préparer.
