Below are my/our feedback on ICT service:
Komunikasi dengan tenaga penjualan TIK, Miss Hanna: Fast and perfect. Very accommodating. No improvement require.
Tour guide: Robin – Punctual, knowledgeable, helpful and does his best to meet our request. A very patience man. Thanks to him for the educational history of china.
Sopir: Very polite but on quiet site due to language barrier. He is the service with a smile guy.
Hotel: Bell Tower Xian – Location superb. Check-in and Check-out smooth and fast. Room is great with picture perfect view. Maintenance and cleaning staff are fast, helpful and understand us even with sign language. Salute to them. The front office should put up more smile on their face.
Makanan: Superb. Robin taken us to try variety of dishes.
For an on behalf of our group, we would to thank you for the hospitality provided to us during our visit in Xian on 31 Maret 2017 – 5 April 2017. We definitely will contact ICT in the future for the next trip to China.
