Assalamualaikum,
Our recent trip to China was a pleasant experience. We went to all the places as planned in our itinerary, and it was enjoyable as the tour guide is friendly and helpful. On our first day of the tour (the next day after our arrival in Chengdu), we were quite uncomfortable with the driver as he was grumpy and he drove impatiently. The tour guide was aware of this and we had a different driver for the second and third day of our tour. The second driver was much better and we were comfortable with him and the way he drive.
As for the hotel, Bilik itu kecil tetapi selesa. Komunikasi dengan kakitangan hotel sukar kerana tiada seorang pun daripada mereka boleh bercakap bahasa Inggeris. Selain itu, lokasi hotel ini jauh daripada mana-mana kedai runcit dan restoran Muslim.
Kami tiada komen tentang makanan. Kami faham Echo, pemandu pelancong itu, sedang berusaha sedaya upaya untuk memilih menu terbaik untuk kami. Makanan itu boleh diterima.
Secara keseluruhan, kami berpuas hati dengan perkhidmatan anda, dari komunikasi pertama saya dengan Encik. Johan sehingga keberangkatan kami kembali ke Malaysia. Alhamdulillah semuanya berjalan lancar.
