We reached home safely after our wonderful holiday in China… Thanks in large part to you and your company’s superb organization of our tour.
My personal opinion is:
1. Guides
All the guides, except Vicky in Beijing, were very knowledgeable, membantu dan prihatin. Their local knowledge and flexibility in accommodating our various requests were well appreciated.
2. Hotel dan Kapal Pesiaran
All the hotels and cruise accommodations were five stars. The hotels were located centrally. Sarapan yang termasuk dalam pakej adalah sangat baik.
3. Transportation and Drivers
Our interactions with the drivers were very limited due to the language barrier. Namun, all the drivers were courteous, mesra, membantu, rapi dan berpengetahuan tentang jalan dan laluan.
Kenderaan itu bersih, luas dan selesa. The only issue which we can think of is that the luggage space in all the vehicles was a bit tight. We managed to fit all our bags in them but an extra bag could have created a problem. They were just about perfect for a party of for travellers with one bag each.
4. Makanan
We understand that the choice of food was greatly limited due to the requirement of it being halal. We did not mind the selection of restaurants. They were all decent. The only problem we had was that during the first couple of days we were presented with set meals, some of which were not suited to our tastes. Selepas itu kami memberitahu pemandu untuk membenarkan kami membuat pilihan daripada menu dengan pemahaman bahawa jika kami melepasi elaun makan, kami akan membayar perbezaannya.
Pilihan lain yang kami gunakan pada beberapa kesempatan ialah menerima elaun makanan tunai dan mengatur makanan kami sendiri.
Kami berpuas hati dengan dua pilihan di atas kerana ia memberi kami fleksibiliti.
Secara keseluruhan, Kami sangat berpuas hati dengan perkhidmatan anda. Kami pasti akan menggunakan syarikat anda lagi serta mengesyorkannya kepada orang lain.
