Best of China Muslim Tour 16 Days

We arrived back in the United States on September 30th as scheduled after an action packed, fun and extremely educational 3 weeks in China. We all had a wonderful time made possible by the hospitality, cooperation and understanding of the travel guides and the drivers. We received extremely good treatment wherever we went. It was very fascinating visiting all the cities. The guides did a very good job showing and describing the various sites and helping us understand the local customs. The tour guides and the drivers were just awesome.
Our sincerest best wishes and heartfelt thanks to Jennifer, Jenny, Sophie, Fantastic, Alex, Sunny, yourself, and all the drivers for making our stay in China such a memorable one. We have come back with great appreciation of China and the progress it has made. We will recommend IslamiChina tours to all friends here.
Azra and I are planning to visit Uzbekistan in April 2011, and if possible to visit Urumqi, Turpan and Kashgar with flight from Tashkent,Uzbekistan to Urumqi and then back to Tashkent. Are there any flights from Kashghar to Tashkent? Please recommend an itinerary for these cities in China with cost.

Tailor-made Beijing Muslim Tour 2 Days

Nice to hear from you again. We did enjoy our brief trip to Beijing very much and will hopefully return in the near future to experience China again. These are our comments on the tour overall as you requested. I hope these serve to be useful and constructive to your company. It was really pleasant liaising with you, despite us not meeting in person, and we wish you the best.
Overall review on the trip: 2 Nights Beijing Tour (Tailor-made) A very good brief encounter with Beijing, with a very good tour guide and driver.
Communication avec le représentant commercial d'IslamiChina.com: Grace was excellent to communicate with. She was extremely prompt in her replies to us and particularly attentive to our needs, incorporating our interests and needs into our tailor-made tour package on our very short stay in Beijing.
Guide touristique: Claire (Ms. Zhang) was overall an amiable and very knowledgeable guide who answered all our questions patiently. She provided us with adequate information of the various sights we visited, though I would have liked accounts of modern/contemporary Chinese history to be incorporated into her commentaries and how these then shaped the lives of the Chinese and broader Chinese society, which I thought was missing and was often not addressed. It seemed as if the commentaries served to celebrate Chinese imperial history, rather than provide a more balanced, nuanced account.
Hotel: Sofitel Wanda Beijing Hotel (on our own arrangement). Excellent 5-star hotel situated close to the metro. Fantastic room with a large bathroom and Wifi services. You could consider using this hotel for your future tours.
Autocar: The minivan driven by Mr Yan was generally good and comfortable. He drove safely throughout our trip and provided us with bottles of water, which was a pleasant gesture.
Repas: Excellent food. We requested for less salt and oil, and the meals turned out to be very good, especially the Peking duck, though the least favorite for us was the lunch stop before visiting the Great Wall, but this venue is understandable since there were no halal restaurants in the vicinity.

Overall review on the trip: The whole trip was wonderful. We have the opportunity to visit places of interest as well as have our own leisure plan.

Guide touristique: You provided very good general information about the city.
Hotel: The Hotel was very good and the rates are attractive.
Autocar: Very comfortable.
Repas: The meal stop was excellent for Muslim meal with prayer room provided.
Aspects that we need to improve: It would be nice to offer more hotels with Halal Muslim food.

Muslim Group Tour, Best of China 11 Jour
Just wanted to write and let you know what a wonderful time we had on our recent trip to China (May 1st – May 13th, 2010).
Your arrangements were first class and went off without a hitch from Domestic travel, Accommodation & the buffet of dishes. We appreciated your professional advice and expert planning.
The hotels were outstanding and very comfortable. The drivers (Mr Jhang/Chen/Ghour & Yao) were formal and pleasant and the guides (Jessica/Lin/Sarah) throughout the tour were superb in terms of their in depth knowledge, personality and approachability. We had only one exception which applies to “June” who was our guide in Xian. We found that she had a negative attitude towards foreigners & we felt fairly uncomfortable with her throughout our stay in Xian.
Our stay at the Ramada Hotel in Shanghai at the end was just the tonic we needed. If ever your clients feel in need of a few days of pampering in ultimate luxury this is certainly a place to recommend. We absolutely loved it!
We will certainly not hesitate to suggest you as a travel agent well equipped to handle a similar trip if any of our family/ friends ask us.

Silk Road Adventure Muslim Tour 10 Days

We returned to Singapore last Sunday. The holiday went well, except that we had to curtail our program in Turpan because of the Sandstorm.

2010 Great Wall Trekking Tour

Excellent. J'ai probablement envoyé près de 1000 emails et tous les emails ont reçu une réponse en temps voulu.Pendant mon séjour là-bas, Johan a été très utile pour m'expliquer certaines choses et aussi traduire quelques choses avec les locaux.
Très impressionné par la façon dont Johan et Grace ont pu comprendre mes exigences spécifiques si clairement, surtout que l'anglais est leur deuxième langue.
Guide touristique:
Michael Li était brillant. Il a très bien pris en compte nos exigences religieuses et a fait un excellent travail en nous faisant visiter la muraille. Son anglais est également très bon. Parfois, on avait l'impression que notre guide faisait partie de l'équipe de trekking.Hôtels:
Notre hôtel à Pékin était vraiment agréable. Le personnel était très sympathique et ils servaient un petit-déjeuner très bon. Certains de mes amis ont trouvé les lits un peu durs. The location of the hotel isn't the best but it didn't matter too much to us as we only had 2 nuits là-bas.Les hôtels dans lesquels nous avons séjourné pendant le trek ont dépassé mes attentes, Je m'attendais à quelque chose de basique.
L'hôtel Jinslink était vraiment agréable et traditionnel. Cela nous a tous rappelé notre séjour à Yangshuo.Autocar:

La nourriture était ma plus grande inquiétude en Chine mais nous avons été très surpris de trouver autant de bons restaurants halal. Notre guide touristique nous a emmenés dans un bon restaurant. I was really impressed with the fact that halal food was arranged in our hotels whilst doing the trek as I didn't expect this.Écrire cela me fait vraiment manquer la Chine.

Classic Beijing Muslim Tour + Half Day Beijing Tour
Our experience was amazing! We love Beijing! Thank you to the tour guide, Laura and the driver for bringing us around. Everything was excellent! The food served at the restaurants were great too. I was happy to get a taste of authentic Halal chinese food! No negative comments from me.

We were most impressed by our tour guides Jessica (in Xi'an) and Jennifer (in Beijing). Jessica was the sweetest and friendliest person, with a wealth of knowledge and information. Both she and Jennifer were very accomodating and kind. We will remember them fondly.Your hotel:
The Hotel in Xi'an (New World Hotel) was the best as far as the room, the service and the facilities and breakfast. The hotel in Beijing can also be recommended. We were less satisfied with the hotels in Yinchuan (they served a chinese breakfast, with very little on offer for us to eat/drink) and Shanghai (we were glad we only spent one night there).Your coach:
By far the best coach was in Xi'an, and the best driver Mr Ma. Although, mashaAllah, the transportation in all four cities was good.Repas:
For most part the meals were great, especially at the local restaurants in Yinchuan and in the Muslim district of Xi'an.Aspects that we need to improve:

Your tour guide: Our tour guide, Helen, was amazing, very flexible and knowledgeable.
Your hotel: The hotel was very nice, a bit below a 5 star rating. Cependant, the staff was very nice and the service, especially the restaurant was very nice.
Your coach: It was very accommodating have our own coach, the driver was very patient and knew his way around very well.
Repas: Quantity was fine; however quality could have been better.
Aspects that we need to improve: One aspect that could be improved is the food. Improving this aspect Islamichina can have a true five star service.
