Day Trip to Tiananmen Square, Yasak Şehir, Niujie Camii & Cennet Tapınağı

Your journey commences at Tiananmen Meydanı, the world’s largest public space. Witness iconic landmarks such as the Gate of Heavenly Peace, where Chairman Mao proclaimed the founding of the People’s Republic of China in 1949, as well as the Monument to the People’s Heroes and the Great Hall of the People. A leisurely stroll leads you to the Yasak Şehir, now known as the Imperial Palace Museum. The Forbidden City used to home for 24 Chinese Ming and Qing Dynasty emperors. The last emperor, Puyi lived in the Forbidden City till 1924.

Walk to the Jingshan Park located behind the Forbidden City. Jingshan Park is a hilltop oasis offering panoramic views of Beijing. Rising 51 meters above the city’s central axis, the park commands a breathtaking perspective of iconic landmarks like the Drum and Bell Towers and the white pagoda of Beihai Park.
