AirAsia Chengdu Muslim Tour 4 Günler

Assalamualaikum,

Çin'e yaptığımız son gezi hoş bir deneyimdi. Planladığımız güzergâhtaki tüm yerlere gittik, Ve tur rehberi arkadaş canlısı ve yardımcı olduğu için keyifliydi. Turun ilk gününde (Chengdu'ya vardıktan sonraki gün), Şoförle oldukça rahatsız olduk çünkü huysuzdu ve sabırsızca araç kullanıyordu. Tur rehberi bunun farkındaydı ve turun ikinci ve üçüncü günü için farklı bir şoförümüz oldu. İkinci şoför çok daha iyiydi ve onunla ve sürüş tarzıyla rahattık.

Otele gelince, Oda küçüktü ama rahattı. Otel personeli ile iletişim zordu çünkü hiçbiri İngilizce konuşamıyordu. Ayrıca otelin konumu herhangi bir market veya Müslüman restoranlardan uzaktaydı.

We have no comment on the meals. We understand Echo, the tour guide, was trying his best to select the best menu for us. The meals was acceptable.

Genel olarak, we are satisfied with your service, from my first communication with Mr. Johan till our departure back to Malaysia. Alhamdulillah everything went smooth.

Our tour guide in Xian was SNOW. She was the best tour guide anyone can have. She spoke perfect English she had a great attitude she was very kind she also helped us with our needs during the trip and she knew her history very well and she was very smart and also very courteous.

I recommend you use her for tour guide for all of your tours from now on she gives your company a very good reputation...

Tailor-made Lanzhou, Linxia & Xian Tour

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to give the feedback on our recent trip to China. Let me introduce myself, my name is normala sharif one of the group member that goes to China together with Abdul Hazim, Abdul Khalim and Abdul hafiz. For your information we families. I am writing on behalf of my family and below is our feedback.

Lanzhou:
Fly to Lanzhou on 25 Dec 2013

Tur Rehberi; Lily is there to receive us at the airport on time. We were given warm greetings with a smile and was given an explanation the itinerary whilst we were on the way to the airport. She make sure that everything is clear and ask her if there is any other things that we would like to do. Very informative and professional in giving us all the information that is valuable for a tourist. She is very helpful and friendly, she even offer to take pictures for us. She tried her best to get us to visit the village and the college. She walk together with us through the Muslim market. Never feel tired in sharing the stories and history of the places that we visited. I must compliment her for her excellent service.

Otel; Good location and comfortable. The restaurant serve 'halal' food which enable us to have proper breakfast instead of just bread and coffee.

Yemekler; Lunch and Dinner was in a big and decent restaurant. Lily took us to the best Halal restaurant available in Lanzhou and Linxia. Food was good and 4 dishes were served for us. The restaurants are clean.

Itenerary; The itenerary in Linxia is excellent. The drive to the Muslim village on the mountain is beautiful. We even stop along the way to snap pictures of the mountain with snow. Even though we only have 1 day tour in Linxia but with the information given by Lily, we get to know the place better with all the history.

Şoför; Mr Wang very friendly and accommodating. He us feel safe and comfortable. Very respectfull.

Xi an:
Arrive in Xi an on 27 Dec. guide and driver were there to fetch us.

Tur Rehberi; Snow was with us all the while. Always smile and friendly. Has a lot of stories. Informative and professional in handling her guest. She make sure that we are happy with our accommodation, she even came up to see the room when we complaint that the room is a bit small. We were briefed on the itenerary upon arrival and reminded us of the weather and advise us to wear enough clothing to keep ourself warm. Yemeklerin bize uygun olup olmadığını her zaman kontrol eder. O şefkatli ve saygılı bir rehber.

Otel; Otel iyi, Maalesef ilk gece yukarıdan bir sondaj sesi geliyor, bu sesler sonra 12 gece yarısı ve devam ediyor 3:30am. resepsiyonda şikayet ettik ve başka bir odaya geçmemiz istendi 3:30am. İkinci oda oldukça küçüktü. The next day after we complaint about the size of the room then we we're move to another room. İlk odada ısıtıcı çalışmıyor. İkinci oda, Duş alanındaki drenaj tıkanıyor.

Yemek; Yemekler büyük ve düzgün bir restoranda temiz bir yerde alındı. Yemekler iyi ve çeşitliydi. 3/4 yemek başına yemekler. Rehber bize ne yemek istediğimiz konusunda danıştı, bu gerçekten çok takdir ediyorum.

Itenerary; Ana cazibe merkezi terra cota. Güzergah rahat ve çok fazla boş vaktimiz var. Bizim için iyi olabilir çünkü çok genç değiliz ama daha genç turistler için daha fazla etkinlik gerekli olabilir. Taş tabletler müzesi gibi yerler dahil edilmemeli çünkü karakterleri anlamıyoruz. Belki Xi'an'ın biraz dışındaki yerlerde biraz geziyi dahil edebilirsiniz. Xi'an'dan Pekin'e uçuş çok erken, Otele saat ...'da gitmek zorundayız 7:30 Ve saat ...'da uyanmak zorundayız 5 Hazırlanmak için ...'da.

Day Tour to Suzhou

Dear Brother Johan,

Suzhou'nun tarihi ve Ellen'den Şanghay ile ilgili bazı bilgileri öğrenmekten keyif aldık. She's very good at her work and guided us through the whole journey along with our skillful driver Michael professionally. Tura gerçekten çok bayıldık.

Kunming Mulsim Tour 4 Günler

Salam Mandy,

We just came back after our wonderful vacation at Kunming. Tur rehberi (Stephen) was really a kind person and helpful. He was very detailed and communicative. The arrangement of all the facilities were fantastic except the Hotel. Compare to a 3 Star hotel, The Yingrong Impression Hotel is no where comparable. They knew that we were total 3 person even though we did not ask for the extra bed but we have only asked for an extra pillow also the tour guide requested them to provide an extra pillow but they did not. The arrangement for Lunch and Dinner were above our expectation but the breakfast not suitable for non-Chinese visitor. It would be better if you kindly look into those points. Otherwise it was a great Kunming tour indeed and we really enjoyed.

İslami Çin ile seyahatimizi planlamak ve sizinle çalışmak büyük bir zevkti. Yardımınız, tavsiyeniz, kendi yaptığımız turu planlamada hızlı yanıt ve yardım gerçekten takdir edildi.

Hong Kong'daki rehberlerimizden çok memnunuz, Guillin ve Pekin. Siz ve Garry, Hong Kong'da seyahatimizi mümkün olduğunca konforlu ve keyifli hale getirmek için ekstra bir mil attınız. Johan, İngilizce bilginizdeki mükemmel bilginiz, bilgi zenginliğiniz ve bilgiyi bizimle paylaşma isteğiniz Çin'de kalıcı bir iz bıraktı. Senin ve Garry'nin hizmetlerinden gülümseyerek etkilendik, saatler saatlerinden sonra ve gece geç saatlere kadar bile.

Xian'daki rehber rota boyunca dolandı, Büyük Camii'de ve Müslüman mahallelerini keşfetmemiz için bize daha az zaman bıraktı. Despite our request to start early we began our day at 10:30am. We also found it surprising that we were not given a tour of the Great Mosque in Xian. It is suggested that should be included for all tourists.

The hotels were of a good standard and the service was good. Although we were booked in 4 ve 5 star hotels language was a barrier with all the staff besides the staff at the front desk. The Yangtze River Cruise is highly recommended. After being in the cities it is the place to unwind and enjoy one of the most scenic places in China.

For the adventurous there is a variety of Chinese food but for the others it might be a challenge. The restaurants were of a good standard and we enjoyed most meals.Your catering to our halaal needs certainly added to our satisfaction.

Wa Alaykum Salaam,

Geçen Çarşamba güvenli bir şekilde eve ulaştık. Gezimiz bizim için çok keyifli ve harika bir deneyim oldu. Tüm düzenlemeler sorunsuz çalıştı ve yerel olarak sağladığınız insanlar harikaydı. Bu, Pekin'deki Tina ile başladı ve gezi boyunca tüm rehberlerle devam etti. Johan mükemmel bir iş çıkardın. Herhangi bir sorunla karşılaşabileceğimizi her zaman biliyorduk, sadece bir telefon uzağındaydın. Dördümüz de sana yürekten teşekkür etmek istiyoruz. Gezimiz mükemmeldi ve bunun hakkında konuşmayı bırakmadık. Bunu söylemeseydiniz, sizin düzenlediğiniz en uzun gezi olduğunu bile bilmeyecektik.

Give me a week or so and I will send you some recommendations on what can be done to make things even better for future groups. Please bear in mind these will only be recommendations and not complains as we have no complains.

AirAsia Beijing Muslim Tour 4 Günler

Assalamualaikum Johan,

Alhamdullilah, everything is well and good now.

And as our Beijing trip, it was superb. Tur rehberi - Jessica and the driver was very helpful and nice. i will miss them. To my suprise we even got a private car for our tour and transportation.

As for the tour, it is exactly as per the itinererary and we enjoyed every single place that we visited. We are very happy with the tours, no hassle at all. And we loved the Tienanmen Sq, The Forbidden City and the best of all is the The Great Wall.

The driver & Jessica is always punctual and knowlegable too!

Otele gelince, it was okay and comfortable the only set back is the reception who does not speak English at all, and I'm glad that Jessica is around to assist us. As for the buffet breakfast, not so much choice offered.

All the meals is okay but almost everyday we are served with eggs, minced chicken & vegetables. Maybe ICT can offer a more variety of menu from the Muslim Chinese menu such as - Fried Noodles, Fried Rice, Steam seafood to name just a few..

But my overall opinion is ICT is true indeed our Light in Beijing. We would strongly reccomend ICT to our family & friends.

We will assure you that this won't be my last trip to China.

We will definitely COME AGAIN and book our tour with Islamichina!!!
