Please find enclosed our feedback on the following:
Communication with ICT sales person – Generally, the response is very fast and the information that was asked for is very informative.
مرشد سياحي – In Beijing, Tracy is a very friendly and accommodating tour guide. She is very knowledgeable and goes out of her way to help us. Her explanation is very clear and we have no problem understanding her.
In Shanghai, Kevin is also very accommodating and friendly. He is very helpful and even helped us buy drinks outside of our restaurant during our dinner. He even taught us to converse in Mandarin when ordering food!
سائق – Both the drivers in Beijing and Shanghai are very safe, competent and punctual.
فندق – the hotels in both Beijing and Shanghai were great! كنا عمومًا سعداء بالموقع, الخدمة وقائمة الإفطار. لكننا استمتعنا بإقامتنا في فندق بكين لأن الموقع رائع.
الوجبات – الوجبات في بكين وشنغهاي جيدة وبكميات وفيرة! ومع ذلك, سيكون من الجيد إذا تم إعداد الوجبات في شنغهاي مسبقًا حيث أننا اضطررنا للانتظار بعض الوقت قبل أن تكون العشاء جاهزة في ليلتنا الأولى هناك.
