Apologies for the late reply as I was too preoccupied with the existing workload.

To sum up, my friends and I are very pleased and contented with the services provided by your good office. السيدة. Lulu, the tour guide was very much of an assistance. Not only she rendered all the serviced required, she was also willing to help us out accommodating to our needs. For instance, she had accompanied us to the Fake Market at the Muslim Quarter vicinity and helped us out to bargain the goods at a very fair price. السيدة. Lulu’s vast knowledge on Xi’an’s history and environment are very impressive. She has a good command of English as well. During our stay in Xi’an, we have developed a form of friendship with Ms. Lulu as she has taken care and concerned of us quite well.

As for our driver, we have no complaints nor qualms at all against him. As he is generally a quiet and reserved person, we still feel comfortable with his presence. Like Ms. Lulu, he has also catered to our needs even it was outside his job scope. This is evident by the trip to the Tang Dynasty show. ومع ذلك, the massive traffic and “skillful” driving styles of the Xi’an people has a resemblance of Beijing’s. But I guess that is somehow normal in China.

As for Xi’an City Hotel, its strategic and convenient location has really eased our trip especially our never ending back and forth to the Muslim Quarter. The room is spacious and beds are comfy. ومع ذلك, the breakfast spread didn’t provide us with much choice as it was not entirely of halal meals. We just settled down with drinks and bread/mantou and fruits just to keep us going until lunch.

Lucky for us, during our entire tour, we were brought to an exclusive/high end Halal restaurants for lunches and dinners. The meals were ordered by Ms. Lulu and we really enjoyed them until every last bite with the exception of the Sichuan pepper meals. We feel that the package of USD288 per pax was worth and value for money.

As for you Mr. جوهان, we would like to thank you for arranging this wonderful trip for us. We have gained plenty of knowledge and impressed by the ancient history and civilization. The whole experience is mesmerizing and valuable. We have recommended to our family and friends and looking forward to visiting Xi’an again. Insya Allah.

Tailor-made Beijing, شيان & جولة المسلمين في شنغهاي

I just came back from the tour a few days ago and firstly I just want to say Thank you personally to Johan for making all the necessary arrangement for my recent ICT012 tour to Beijing, شيان وشنغهاي. I really enjoyed the tour very much. Here are my feedback on the tour packages:

1) بكين

a. Tourguide - Vicky.
Vicky is very friendly & مساعدون. هي معرفية ليس فقط بأماكن الجولة ولكن أيضًا بالحساسيات الإسلامية. لقد اقترحت عليّ حتى بعض الأنشطة الإضافية للقيام بها في وقت فراغي خارج برنامج الرحلة (بطبيعة الحال على نفقتي الخاصة) مثل العرض البهلواني. أعطتني خيارات حول مواقع السور العظيم وسمحت لي باختيار البوابة التي نتسلق منها. كانت كل تذاكر الدخول جاهزة حتى لا نضيع أي وقت. هذه خدمة ممتازة تقدمها. أنا سعيد مع فيكي.

ب. الإقامة في الفندق - فندق تايشون
الفندق بعيد نوعًا ما عن أقرب محطة مترو وعن أي معالم سياحية أو مراكز تسوق. النقطة الإيجابية الوحيدة في الفندق هي أنه يقدم طعام حلال. لا يوجد صندوق أمانات ولا ثلاجة.

ج. أماكن الجولة.
Vicky relooked at my itinerary and suggested some changes to better manage the time. This is very good indeed because she is in a better place to know where everything is nearby located to be grouped into one day. She selected good & delicious halal restaurants.

2) شيان

a. Tourguide – Sally.
Sally is a nice lady and knowledgeable about the history of Xian as well as China as a whole. Even though she has never handled a muslim tour before, سألتني عن نصيحتي بشأن الطعام وأوقات الصلاة. وقدمت لي حتى الأطباق المحلية في شيان مثل عصا الأرز اللزج, كعكة الرمان, الأرز المبخر بالورد ومعكرونة بيانغ بيانغ على نفقاتها الخاصة. هي مرنة جدًا في إضافة جدول رحلات إضافي مثل تسلق سور المدينة (رسوم إضافية على نفقتي الخاصة) للتأكد من أن رحلتي مكتملة. الشيء الوحيد هو أنها تحتاج إلى تحديد مسبق لأماكن تناول الطعام الحلال حتى لا نضطر لاختيار أماكن حلال في اللحظة الأخيرة.

ب. إقامة الفندق – فندق مدينة شيان
الفندق في المدينة وقريب من محطة مترو الأنفاق. وسائل الراحة جيدة جدًا & الموقع. موصى به.

ج. أماكن الجولة.
تتبعت سالي خط سير الرحلة الخاص بي وكانت مرنة لاستيعاب أي إضافات طالما الوقت يسمح.

3) شنغهاي

a. مرشدة الرحلة – سي سي.
سي سي لديها شخصية مرحة وعلى دراية بالأماكن في شنغهاي. رافقتني حتى مدخل رحلة نهرية للتأكد من أنني بخير (لأن هناك العديد من السياح الصينيين المحليين). اقتراحي لسي سي هو شراء التذاكر مسبقًا بدلًا من شرائها عندما نكون هناك في المكان. (لأنها تعرف خط سير الرحلة الخاص بي).

ب. إقامة الفندق – فندق هوليداي إن إكسبرس
الفندق جديد وموقعه استراتيجي جدًا بالقرب من محطة مترو والمجمعات التجارية. موصى به.

ج. أماكن الجولة.
سي سي أخذتني إلى جميع الأماكن كما هو مخطط ونصحتني بالتوقيت المناسب. حتى أنها ساعدتني في المساومة على بعض الهدايا التذكارية التي اشتريتها.

بشكل عام, أنا سعيد بالخدمة التي تم تقديمها لي. هنا أرفقت بعض الصور للجولة.

جولة مسلم في هانغتشو سوتشو شنغهاي 5 أيام

عزيزتي هانا ووكالة إسلامي تشاينا,

الصين كانت مذهلة ببساطة! هانغتشو, سوتشو وشنغهاي هما من أجمل وأروع المدن الحضرية التي زرتها. الفنادق التي سجلنا فيها كانت جيدة, نظيفة وحالة الغرفة 7 منتهية 10. The places we went were great as we get to learn the history of the cities we're visiting and the same time enjoying the cool weather of china. It was really excited for us Malaysian to be in sweater all day due to the cool climate. The food was really delicious! We get to eat 10 delicious dishes in each restaurant we went. The stop for lunch and dinner was really excited as we get to eat chinnese food in China - the feeling was simply amazing. Everything were good, but we lack time for shopping. We hope for a longer time for shopping, that would add up the excitement! بشكل عام, China was good, so does the cities, the food were great, hotels were good and the places we visited give us a lot of knowledge and experiences. 8 out 10 for the trip!!

شنغهاي, سوتشو, هانغتشو, شيان, Beijing Tour 11 أيام

Good morning Johan and Hanna

Mr Afzal and family returned last week, and I’m happy to say they thoroughly enjoyed their trip. The food they said was great, and the guides were excellent. Thank you for taking extra care of these guests, and going forward happy to use the same guides and restaurant options as a framework for similar clients.

One negative they mentioned was at the Sophia Hotel, where they were asked to pay for their son’s breakfast. The hotel were not allowing the child to dine at breakfast. Other than that, all was fine.

In fact, they would like to enquire about a return trip, this time they would like to explore Lahsa and Chengdu. They only have 7 nights (arrival August 2016), and if you could suggest an itinerary to include Lahsa, Chegdu and maybe the Yangtze and Three Gorges Dam would be great. Again for 2 adults and 2 children (the elder one would actually just turned 12 then).

This is some of our feedback on our previous trip.

1) tour guide.

We are glad and satisfy with michale and the way he handle our group.
Michale:

1) have patient if so need to wait for quite some time to ensure everybody
Is ready and prepared. ( no rushing2 and all are happy)

2) arrange the itirenary so smooth esp on places and we can enjoy at all places, have time for photos yet not miss even one place that we had agreed in
Much much earlier plan before came to beijing.

3) arrange extra show and we don mind buy ticket since have extra time and the show is superb ! ( glad he did that)

4) أخذنا إلى محلات بأسعار معقولة والكثير لأغراض صحية . واو، يا له من نعمة لنا. نحن نحب تلك المحلات والمنتجات.

5) نحن ممتنون جدًا لمايكل الذي يبذل جهدًا ليأخذنا للصلاة في المساجد معظم الأيام ! شكرًا لله الحمد لله. لدينا حتى وقت للتسوق بعض المنتجات الإسلامية بالقرب من المسجد. إنه رائع جدًا.

2) فندق .

الفندق لطيف ونظيف.

فقط سيكون أفضل إذا استطاعوا إضافة تنوع في الإفطار بالإضافة إلى بعض الأطباق الدولية إذا أمكن.
(تخيل الزائر عليه أن يأكل نفس القائمة تقريبًا كل صباح)

محل بيع المواد الغذائية الجافة في الفندق مفيد حقًا . يمكننا شراء مياه معدنية , بعض المشروبات الغازية المعبأة , فواكه طازجة إلخ.
أضف المزيد من المنتجات الإسلامية إذا أمكن.

3) سائق

سائقنا ممتاز. نحن راضون عن الطريقة التي يتعامل بها مع الحافلة، خاصة في الاختناقات المرورية.

4) الوجبات

فيما يخص الوجبات , نعم، نحن ممتنون جدًا لتنوع المطاعم التي نظمها لنا مايكل وICT. تنوع الطعم.

نحن سعداء لأنه جلب لنا الطعام الغربي أيضًا.

5) التواصل مع موظفي مبيعات ICT

نود أن نعطي 5 نجمة لاستجابة ICT السريعة والتواصل. الاستجابة السريعة هي أحد الأسباب التي جعلتنا نختار السفر مع ICT. استمروا على هذا المنوال.

نحن أيضًا راضون خاصة هانا وجوهان لتعاونهم في الأمور الصعبة مثل جدول الرحلة والتسعير.

استمروا أيضًا على هذا المنوال. هانا , صبركم في الرد على الرسائل الإلكترونية والإجابة على الأسئلة ساعدنا كثيرًا. سيساعد الآخرين أيضًا.

جولة AirAsia شيان المسلمة 4 أيام

سلام هانا,

جميع الأنشطة ممتازة بشكل عام ولكن بسبب الوقت المحدود لم نتمكن من استكشاف أماكن أخرى مثل جبل هو. معرفة دليل السياحة (الآنسة لولو) ممتازة وهي تعرف وقادرة على شرح كل الأسئلة, علاوة على ذلك، لغتها الإنجليزية جيدة جدًا وطليقة، لذلك من السهل علينا التواصل.

تخصيص سور الصين العظيم & جولة تل العطر

سلام هانا,

لقد عدت للتو إلى سنغافورة هذا الصباح. في الواقع لقد ملأت النموذج وسلمته لتينا, المرشد في نهاية الجولة. قد ترغب في سؤالها عن الاستبيان.

لقد أعطيت أيضًا $450 لتينا لرسوم السائق والمرشد. سيكون من الجيد في المستقبل إذا كان بإمكانك تقديم إيصال.

بشكل عام, استمتعت بالتجربة. كانت تينا جيدة جدًا واعتنت بي بشكل ممتاز. كان الوقت مبكرًا بعض الشيء للجميع، لكننا تمكنا من الحصول على بعض النوم أثناء الرحلة وتمكن السيد تيان السائق أيضًا من الحصول على بعض النوم أثناء انتظارنا في جولتنا.

Mr Tian was also very good driver as he knew a lot of the back road and avoided a lot of traffic and we had a smooth journey throughout. There was some traffic jam on highway on the return to Beijing from Mutianyu but Mr Tian managed to find alternative routes and we got back by 5.30 pm. Delayed by 30 minutes but it was okay because it could have been worse with the jam. I would use Mr Tian again, his driving was good and he is on time and schedule.

The air quality was not good on the day and so visibility was not good but I still enjoyed myself. We started with the mosque. Unfortunately, the ladies section had no lights and I had to pray in the men's area. We left soon after 5.30 am and headed for Fragrant Hill. We got to Fragrant Hill by 6.20 am. There was no traffic jam. It was good advice to go to Fragrant Hill first because by the time we finished and drove down, the traffic was bad going up the hill. We climbed up half way to the peak at Fragrant Hill, it was a good exercise and Tina was good in helping me with the climb and we saw the "sunrise".

We got to Aman Summer Palace early i.e. before 9.00 am and had breakfast together with Mr Tian. I think both Tina and Mr Tian enjoyed the new experience eating at Aman. There was a western waiter who helped to take my breakfast order to ensure that the food is prepared in a halal way. We explored the Amanresort after breakfast to see what the property is like.

We left Aman at about 10.00 am and drove to Yanqihu. Mr Tian drove past the Olympic village and saw the Bird's Nest stadium. We arrived at Yanqihu around 11.00 am and spend about an hour there. The drive was easy and no traffic. When we got to the Yanqihu Park, we were told that the Kempinski Hotel was off-limits because of the upcoming Apec Summit and it is closed for security reasons. Yanqihu Park has been done up very nicely for the Apec. I took a 3 minute speedboat ride to see a closer look of the hotel from the lake. There were not many tourists there and I would recommend that this be a destination that you offer to your customers in future because it is a very nice lake and after Apec and if the weather is clear, the hotel and the dome looks very impressive from the lake and hopefully visitors can stay and go to the hotel next time. I did my prayers at the park which was very pleasant and nice to pray.

From Yanqihu we decided to find a place nearby for lunch and saw a shop/residential area called Spring Legend Alpine Village.....and stopped there for lunch. There was no halal restaurant and the guide and driver had lunch at a nearby restaurant and I waited in the car. I brought some sandwiches and snack to eat. I also had a heavy breakfast at Aman, so was still quite full for lunch.

By 1.00 pm we headed for Mutianyu. The drive was less than an hour from the Yanqihu area and no traffic. We reached there before 2.00 pm and the timing was perfect because there were not many tourists queuing and we were able to get tickets and take the shuttle without having to wait. We took the cable car up to Great Wall - نمضي حوالي 30 دقائق هناك ثم نزلنا. بحلول الوقت الذي أنهينا فيه, كان حوالي 3.00 مساءً وتوجهنا مرة أخرى إلى وسط مدينة بكين.

كل شيء كان حسب الجدول وجرى وفق الخطط.

آمل أن أعود إلى الصين مرة أخرى وربما أقوم برحلات أخرى داخل الصين. أنا مهتم بشكل خاص بزيارة أورومتشي لأنني لا أعتقد أن كثيراً من السياح يذهبون هناك. ربما في الخريف المقبل عندما تكون ألوان الخريف جميلة. لم تكن هناك ألوان خريف كثيرة في هيل فراغرانت ولكن سور الصين العظيم كان لديه ألوان أكثر.

شنغهاي سوتشو & رحلات هانغتشو

السلام عليكم

أخي العزيز يوهان,

كان دليل الجولة بروميس مفيدًا جدًا وملماً. There was no problems in communication because there was Dr Thor in my group who speaks Mandarin. The ICT sales in communicating with me has been excellent. The driver was friendly and ever willing to accommodate our wanting to stop to go to toilet issues. The hotel was excellent too. The restaurants chosen had great food but the rest rooms inside the restaurants was not clean (the level of hygiene was poor which was disappointing because it was in a place where food was being prepared....Alhamdulillah none of us came down with food poisoning). I would suggest that if a trip takes 3 hours to go there and to get back it is better to suggest to the tourists to spent a night at that place rather than have to rush back.

Thank you for a giving us a meaningful journey. If all goes well I may decide to go to Beijing in 2015 for the same conference only this time in a different city (provided the issue with MH 370 gets resolved first).

AirAsia Chengdu Muslim Tour 4 أيام

Our recent trip to China was a pleasant experience. We went to all the places as planned in our itinerary, and it was enjoyable as the tour guide is friendly and helpful. On our first day of the tour (the next day after our arrival in Chengdu), we were quite uncomfortable with the driver as he was grumpy and he drove impatiently. The tour guide was aware of this and we had a different driver for the second and third day of our tour. The second driver was much better and we were comfortable with him and the way he drive.

As for the hotel, الغرفة كانت صغيرة لكنها مريحة. التواصل مع موظفي الفندق كان صعبًا لأن لا أحد منهم يستطيع التحدث بالإنجليزية. علاوة على ذلك، موقع الفندق بعيد عن أي متجر لوازم أو مطاعم للمسلمين.

ليس لدينا تعليق على الوجبات. نفهم إيكو, دليل الجولة, كان يحاول جهده لاختيار أفضل قائمة طعام لنا. الوجبات كانت مقبولة.

بشكل عام, نحن راضون عن خدمتك, من أول تواصل لي مع السيد. جوهان حتى مغادرتنا إلى ماليزيا. الحمد لله كل شيء جرى بسلاسة.
