جولة المسلمين في بكين شيان

السلام عليكم جوهان,

الحمد لله وصلنا إلى المنزل في الوقت المحدد, زيادة الوزن بشكل كبير. I had to plead with the airport staff not to insist on making me pay 2800 yuan for excess luggage. Fortunately she agreed that I pay only 600 yuan! We really did our bit for the economy of Beijing and Xian.

A little bit of feedback and critique for your company:

1) Hotels both in Xian and Beijing were very good.We had a bit of problem in Xian but fortunately Linda the guide you assigned to us helped resolved it well.J essica also helped us settle in the hotels quite fast

2) Meals were so much better in Xian. Linda went really out of her way to introduce the cuisine of the locals in Xian. There was enough for the 12 of us and generally we were really well taken care off in Xian. Meals in Beijing were not as good. They tend to be rather salty and the portions were much smaller than what we had in Xian. علاوة على ذلك, the menu tended to be almost the same unless we requested for different dishes which most time we had to.
3) Linda in Xian was excellent as a guide. She was very enthusiastic about wanting to show us and tell us as much as she could about Xian. It was really good and the whole group was very pleased because we learnt a lot about the history of Xian and the silk road and about all the emperors and the dynasties that made Xian its capital. Her love for the city really showed and was quite contagious. We definitely will recommend her to our friends if they are looking for a good guide in Xian.

We had less historical info in Beijing. Perhaps it was because Jessica was 3 months in the family way and may have been quite exhausted by the time we finished each day. We actually would have liked to have a lot more info on the history of Beijing and of course more data. (I could make the comparisons because this was my 3rd visit to Beijing whereas this was the first for the rest and they really would have liked to get more info on the city.)No matter we still had a fantastic time in Beijing.

4) The only other feedback that I can give is that perhaps in our next trip we need to remember to request for special meals ie Muslim or vegetarian for the internal flights.

5) The buses and the drivers were excellent too.

Will send you the pictures soon when my son or my daughters have time to help me send them to you. Please take the feedback and the critique the way it is meant to be taken ie for the purpose of improvements.

InsyaAllah we will go again to Beijing and the other cities but this time we will want to do it in Spring or Autumn to enjoy the beauty and colour of that season. We hope Islam China Tours will still want to give us the honour to manage our tours again.

Thank you again for the wonderful holiday we had in China and most of all a special thank you to you for making the arrangements and for making the tour a wonderful one for my family.

5 Days Beijing Muslim Tour

Beijing Xian Hangzhou & شنغهاي (tailor-made)

Good to hear from you again as I just about to email.

Firstly, me and my family that was in the trip would sincerely say thank you for the excellent tour and an amazing journey. As a whole, we're really happy and satisfied with the tour from the accomodation, guiding, meals, إلخ. We'll definitely recommend IslamiChina company to anybody that wanted to experience China and seriously when any of our friends/relatives going to China I'll ask them to contact your company. Thumbs up!!

Few details that worth to mentioned,

- The best hotel we like is New Henderson in Xian, very spacious room with excellent choices of food during breakfast.
- The second best hotel we like is Hong Ye Hotel in Shanghai, good size room and hotel staffs but very little choice on the food during breakfast.
- The least hotel we like is Braim Seasons Hotel in Hangzhou, the room is quite small, air- conditioned not function properly which at night can be very hot esp. warm air trapped in the small room (we've inform the hotel about this unfortunalty the same problem still occur), however we're satisfied with the breakfast.

- السيد. John tour guide in Hangzhou/Shanghai is an asset to your company; very knowlegable, dedicated, مساعدون, friendly and I must say one of the best tour guide I've encounter after travelling to many countries.
- السيدة. Zoe in Beijing is also a great tour guide!
- السيدة. Lily in Xian is also good but she is quite quiet person.

الوجبات
بشكل عام, meals is gooood, delicious and excellent choices. ومع ذلك, we didnt get our lunch in Xian on the second day as our flight is at 1.30pm, arrived at Hangzhou and after checkin to hotel straight away went to early dinner at around 5pm. Just a small suggestion maybe next time, the flight time can be extended to around 3 أو 4 pm (after lunch) and dinner in Hangzhou can be done around 7 - 8pm.

Lastly, could you please give me your, السيد. John, السيدة. Zoe and Ms. Lily correspondence address? I would like to sent a thank you card.

Your guide Madame Hu is very good, well verse in guiding tourists especially the historical aspects of Beijing. She is also very friendly and very helpful. Not to forget also, your coach driver Mr. Tang is also very friendly. Overall as the head of Uitm Group, I?ˉm very satisfied with your service and hope that it will be maintained for a long time.

The trip was very very good. the guides were all very good, and taking example of Mr. moosa, the guides easily got to know the groups temperament and were very much part of the group the hotels were all above standard, and so were the meals. i do not think there was anything negative about the whole tour. i for one will definitely call on you when fellow South Africans wish to visit china, and will be in touch with your company. مرة أخرى, a very big thank you to you all and all your staff

The Great Wall Muslim Tour

مرشدنا موسى يتحدث الإنجليزية بطلاقة, وقد حدثنا كثيرًا عن السور العظيم وقبور سلالة مينغ. كما أَرَانَا في الطريق مسجدًا وقَصة قصيرة عن المسلمين في بكين. وكان أيضًا مرنًا جدًا مع الجدول الزمني بالنظر إلى أننا لدينا أطفال صغار. كما ساعدنا في المساومة في متجر التذكارات - على الرغم من أننا قررنا في النهاية عدم شراء ذلك. أخذنا أيضًا لتناول الغداء في مطعم مع إمكانية أداء صلاة الظهر هناك.
كانت إدارة إسلامي تشاينا تساعدنا أيضًا بتوفير الفاتورة المطلوبة, على الرغم من أن ذلك يعني التسليم بعد جولتنا.
أحد نقاط التحسين المحتملة يجب أن يكون أن السيارة السيدان كانت صغيرة جدًا بالنسبة لنا, حتى سيارة الأطفال المطوية لا يمكن وضعها في الصندوق لأنها كانت ممتلئة. يجب أن يكون الصندوق فارغًا قبل أي رحلة. نتيجة لذلك يجب أن تكون أقدامنا مطوية طوال الرحلة.

2006 IMANA Beijing Convention

Dear Mr. Shiraz Malik, Salaam Alaikum

My name is Kazim Akbar and I, my wife, daughter and grand daughter went to China in the group of Dr. Khalid Rehman. It was a wonderful trip and an extraordinary vacation. It turned out to be more like a vocational trip with immense learning experience. I must congratulate you for planning the trip to its finest details. And full credit should also go to Mr. Yusuf and Mr. Johan of ICT tours for executing the plan effectively- like clockwork.

As a retired Army Officer, who served through two wars, I am well aware, how much it takes to plan Logistic Support for an Operation and what is involved in its execution. I can say, لذلك, that planning on your part and its execution by ICT was done with Military Precision. There is so much that I can say about the finer details. But I will only mention some of the remarkable facilities that we enjoyed. We didn’t have to show our passports and register to check-in. Hotels had already received details of the guests. Our National Tour Guide gave us room keys as soon as we arrived at the hotel. We were divided in groups named after the color given to our bus. Our baggage went to to one floor accordingly. And it was taken out before check-out, and sent directly to the airport. We didn’t have to buy our ticket and get Boarding Pass. Imagine 200 people lined up for checking in at the airport and baggage weighing. It would have consumed hours standing in lines. We got our boarding pass on arrival and moved straight to the departure gate. What a VIP treatment.

Before leaving Pakistan we were apprehensive about the type of food we will get in China. We thought of carrying canned food as well. But what a surprise. We ate at Muslim restaurant in every city every day. Quality and variety of food was such that it was a treat every time. Yet some people wanted to go for Pizza and missed eating it. You might hear complaints from some disgruntled participants. I can say that these would be those of the kind who always complain and grumble. They become miserable because they see their glass half empty; unlike the happy people who see their glasses half full.

That is not all I have to say. I can go on and on describing how much was done for our enjoyment and what a great experience and education it has been for us. I must also say that our group was the luckiest to have Angela as our National Guide. We were called the ‘Brown Bus’. Angela was full of knowledge about the History and culture. But what made her dear to all of us was her warm personality and how much care she took for our comfort. She was more than a guide; she was our host and we became her pampered guests. She was there to provide help even after the day was over. Mahvish, my 19 year old grand daughter simply adored her. Angela’s personal charm made our group as one family and we would shout like children in response to every question she asked. Soon we became envy of the other groups. No other bus had the same harmony, friendship and tolerance as Brown Bus. On the last day as we said farewell to Angela; our spokesman asked what we thought of her. Answers came: She is wonderful; she is helpful, she is caring, she is affectionate, she is beautiful; she is the best guide- She is Professional. My narration would be incomplete if I don’t mention our last Local Guide. That was Mr. Yin. I called him Commnder Yin. It was amazing to see his love of romance, hear his mythical love stories, his grasp of historical knowledge and his humor. Yet he had been a military man. He created an atmosphere of participation by the Brown Bus riders. We enjoyed his stores told in his peculiar accent which we began to like very much.

At the end I would say that I and my family (We were a family of seven members) owe much gratitude to you, to Mr. Yusuf, السيد. Johan and to Angela for the most memorable vacation of our life.
