Your hotel: The hotel was very nice, a bit below a 5 star rating. Cependant, the staff was very nice and the service, especially the restaurant was very nice.
Your coach: It was very accommodating have our own coach, the driver was very patient and knew his way around very well.
Repas: Quantity was fine; however quality could have been better.
Aspects that we need to improve: One aspect that could be improved is the food. Improving this aspect Islamichina can have a true five star service.

Dans l'ensemble, we are very happy and satisfied with the trip. It would be great if we can have halal buffet spread for breakfast, but I guess this would not be possible.

Hotel Fortune - very spacious.
Jasper International Yangshuo - new
Hotel Osmanthus - good location, ok for the price. Breakfast served in Chinese Restaurant, as such not suitable for us. No bread, coffee and other buffet options. Cannot change to Western Breakfast which would be more suitable for us.
Your coach: The van is a bit old, driver was pleasant and accommodative.

Historic Beijing Muslim Tour
J'ai récemment effectué une visite des plus mémorables de Pékin et de la Grande Muraille. J'avais un guide personnel avec moi tout au long du parcours, qui parlait un excellent anglais, avait une excellente connaissance de tous les sites que nous avons visités et, plus important encore, avait une perspective locale. Cela m'a donné une expérience vraiment réaliste de ce que cela aurait été de découvrir ces lieux en tant que Chinois vivant ici. Je me suis foulé la cheville tôt lors de notre marche de Simatai à Jingshaling, mais avec l'aide de Johan et de quelques habitants, j'ai réussi à terminer notre marche de 10 km. C'est une expérience dont je me souviendrai vraiment pendant de nombreuses années! Merci à IslamiChina pour tous les arrangements et le transport, qui ont été très fluides et sans aucun problème. Avoir accès aux mosquées et à la nourriture halal a également rendu le voyage sans tracas pour un musulman visitant un nouveau pays. Je recommanderais certainement ces visites à toute personne désireuse de voir autant de Pékin en relativement peu de temps.

4 Days Shanghai Muslim Tour
We all returned with very good memories of China. I shall now give you my views about our trip:
Communication with IslamiChina representatives-
These were excellent both with you Grace and with Johan. All our queries were answered promptly and all our requests were handled as per our wishes.The tour guide- Mr Tang was an exceptionally good tour guide. A cultured and most knowledgeable person who was appreciated by all. He speaks very good French and is certainly an asset to your organization.
Hotel- we ourselves reserved the hotel which was a good choice.
The coach was good and the driver excellent.Repas- The meal in Suzhou was great, both in terms of quality and quantity and everybody praised it. However the meal in Shanghai was well below average.
Anyway, overall we are quite satisfied with the trip and will not hesitate to recommend your company to our friends and associates.

Shanghai Suzhou Muslim Tour 4 Jours

We had a fantastic time in Shanghai! It’s just too bad it is massively under construction and perhaps will again visit shanghai after the makeover by 2010. Loved the food especially the barbequed lamb on a stick.

Comment ça va? Je suis venu de Chine hier et en plus de Shanghai, j'ai également eu le plaisir de visiter Hangzhou.
Le voyage à Pékin s'est bien passé, En fait, je dirais très bien et agréable. Votre site web en particulier a rendu notre séjour très pratique avec la liste des restaurants halal et des mosquées nous guidant vers nos prières et nos repas.
Vous êtes les bienvenus pour utiliser mes photos, mais j'utilise un appareil photo haute résolution, donc il faudra du temps pour que les gens accédant au site téléchargent les photos.
J'apprécie que vous demandiez mon avis. Très bon signe pour une entreprise de demander des retours et cela confirme votre intention de servir avec qualité et pas juste de servir. Mes avis sont les suivants:
Les voyages étaient bien planifiés dans le temps et dans l'exécution. Les repas étaient très agréables et chaque restaurant a été une expérience enrichissante pour nous, la qualité de la nourriture était bonne en goût et en quantité. Le guide est une personne très engagée qui veille aux intérêts du client et est très poli. Nous l'avons trouvé d'une personnalité très agréable et nous avons beaucoup apprécié sa compagnie et aimerions l'avoir comme guide à nouveau. Un domaine d'amélioration pour lui serait ses compétences en anglais et il est recommandé qu'il soit précis sur certains faits concernant les sites. Par exemple, il a mentionné que la moitié à 1 milliard de personnes sont mortes lors de la construction et de l'entretien de la Grande Muraille. Selon Internet et les sites chinois environ 2-3 millions ont perdu la vie lors de la construction et de l'entretien de la Grande Muraille. Je recommande fortement que tous les guides de votre entreprise utilisent les mêmes faits et chiffres et qu'ils proviennent de sites internet approuvés par vous. Il semblerait très professionnel de la part de votre entreprise si le guide rédige un petit compte-rendu chaque jour sur les sites visités ce jour-là. Une explication plus approfondie de ces faits et de leur explication est ensuite fournie par le guide.
En tant qu'entreprise, vous devez être très clair sur ce qui est inclus ou non dans le circuit. Par exemple, La Grande Muraille est un bon exemple. Nous avions des informations complètes sur ce qui est inclus dans le coût et ce qui nous manquait. Quand nous sommes arrivés à la muraille, nous étions si fatigués que nous avons décidé de prendre le téléphérique à nos frais. La même norme devrait s'appliquer à tous les sites touristiques, y compris le Palais d'Été, etc..
Dans l'ensemble, nous sommes très heureux d'avoir fait le bon choix en utilisant votre entreprise. Nous vous recommanderons certainement à nos amis voyageant en Chine.

Beijing Xian Muslim Tour
I am amazed at how Islam has managed to flourish in China and appreciate the opportunity of being able to visit your country and experience its wonderful history through your efforts. Both Musa (Pékin) and Grace (Xian) were exceptionally knowledgeable and had a wealth of information to share with us, which was especially beneficial to my son who is studying Chinese history in university. Musa is a pleasant, patient and kind man who goes out of his way to make your trip enjoyable. He is an example to us all of how a Muslim should be. Grace is a professional and takes pride in her work and her country. She was patient and respectful of the time we took to pray.
While returning with a wealth of knowledge and a few kilos heavier from the wonderful food, we also had a few kilos extra from unscheduled pit stops for Chinese medicine, silk, etc.. I am hoping the medicine will work and we will be healthier in a few months, but to give credit where it is due, they were able to pinpoint some medical conditions that we had. It was interesting to see how silk, de jade, Chinese tea is made, etc.. but we weren’t prepared for the sales pitches each time. Perhaps the tour guides can let you know in advance what to expect and which one you would be interested in, etc.. All the restaurants we went to were excellent and it will be hard to find Chinese food as delicious as they were. The hotel in Beijing was cozy but the breakfast was disappointing as we expected something special from a halal restaurant. The drivers were excellent and deserve medals for their patience and driving skills in Beijing; and although they didn’t speak English, they were very friendly.
Dans l'ensemble, we had a wonderful trip even though the temperature was below zero. We thank you all for your efforts and for making it possible for Muslims to enjoy your country.
