Hello Mr Saw, I wanted to express my appreciation to you for arranging Linda / TG and Mr Liu / driver. Both of them are really amazing. I have been travel around with different tour guide and driver but these two are the value persons to the company. The comments not just from me but is from my entire family. Everyone enjoy, have fun and full with stratification. Linda and Mr Liu are very professiona, helpful, enthusiasm, always go extra mile and proactive. Ever when my dad not feeling well, both of them treat my dad like own family members and help as much as possible. Personally, i like about Linda is she full with positive engery and keep the enviroment stay lively. Kudos Winnie

5 days Shanghai Xian Muslim Tour

Robin was an excellent quide, he was extremed knowledgeable about the sights and gave us a good introduction to Xian. He wes also very accomodating and made service that we had a first class experience. He gave us tips on Wechat about communicating and Chinese phrases and that was helpful. "We took a 2-day package tour of Huashan, محاربو التيراكوتا, Longmen Grottoes and Shaolin Temple.

For the first day to Huashan and Terracotta, we were fetched at the hotel by Robin, our very knowledgeable and fluent English-speaking tour guide and Zhang, our ever shy and polite driver. لقد عشنا تجارب مثيرة ومدهشة في كلا المكانين! لقد كانت حقًا لا تُنسى! اليوم الثاني, أرسلونا إلى محطة المترو لأخذ رحلة القطار السريع إلى لويانغ, حوالي 120 كم من شيان, لجولات كهوف لونغمن ومعبد شاولين.

سيندي, مرشدتنا السياحية المتحدثة بالإنجليزية والرائعة في لويانغ والسيد. غوو, سائقنا اللطيف والودود جدًا, استقبلنا في محطة القطار وأخذنا إلى كهوف لونغمن. كان منظرًا مذهلًا! اليوم الثاني إلى معبد شاولين كان حلمًا تحقق بالنسبة لي لأنه كان حلم طفولتي أن أزور تلاميذ شاولين وهم يؤدون فنون الدفاع عن النفس. كنت منفعلة جدًا. عرض فنون الدفاع عن النفس كان بالفعل مثيرًا للإعجاب!

كلا من روبن وسيندي يتقنان اللغة الإنجليزية ولديهما معرفة واسعة. سوف يلبون احتياجاتك. لوجباتنا, أخذونا إلى مطاعم إسلامية . تناولنا وجبة نباتية في دير بوذي بعد زيارة معبد شاولين لأن المطاعم الإسلامية نادرة هناك. علاوة على ذلك, كان علينا أن نسرع إلى محطة القطار للرحلة العودة إلى شيآن.

أعطي تقييم 5 نجوم لجولة إسلام تشاينا وقد أوصيت بها أصدقائي هنا. وأوصيكم بها أيضًا! "

عزيزتي هانا

جولة شيآن تركت لنا رحلة لا تُنسى. مع دليلنا المفيد جدًا, ماري. كانت لطيفة جدًا وكانت على دراية كبيرة. ماري دائمًا كانت على مصلحةنا قريبة من القلب. لقد قدمت لنا تاريخاً مفصلاً وخلفية عن الأماكن التي زرناها (جيش التراكوتا, سور المدينة, برج الجرس, برج الطبول, البرج الكبير للغُراب البري, الحي الإسلامي).

حتى أنها ساعدتنا في المساومة أثناء التسوق في الحي الإسلامي. التسوق في شوارع الحي الإسلامي كان فعلاً صفقة جيدة. لديهم العديد من المتاجر وبما أن مرشدتنا ماري ساعدتنا على المساومة, تمكنا من الحصول على صفقات جيدة جداً.

يجب ألا تفوت رؤية جنود التراكوتا. إنه شيء مختلف عما رأيته من قبل. أفضل جزء هو أننا سعدنا برؤيته بأعيننا.

Bothe the guide and driver deserve our heartfelt gratitude in every city.
I must admit I had apprehension about coming to China mainly due to language issues.
The other concern was the attitude Chinese people are portrayed in various media.

On the contrary, the people we met, although not able to speak English, were courteous and helpful.

I most certainly will recommend China and definitely your company should they tour.

Once again, thank you for the articulate manner in which you addressed our mail and concerns.

We can only wish you all the success for the future.

Beijing Muslim Tour 6 أيام

Good morning,

It was only yesterday that we came back home from the holiday. On behalf of myself, my husband and our daughter, I like to confirm that we have spent 6 wonderful days in Beijing, an unforgettable experience indeed that could not have been the same if we did not visit the city via Islamic China! We were amazed at how much the city and its suburbs were clean, how organised, how modern; I was astonished when I entered to the Museum WOW!!

What I respect is truly the people and their understanding that if every citizen does not take in hand his duties, things will be in a mess. I respect very much the government system that allowed these change sto happen but in an orderly way due to the very high population rate.

Communication with ICT sales person: Hannah, you were more than amazing in your kindness, professionality and adaption tour needs. Even after we arrived and stayed in our hotel, Hannah made sure to check on us and see whether our rooms are suitable and whether we need anything else.

From the minute we arrived to when we were lead into the check-in area on departure day, our guide ’Jason’ was great- a big thank you and well done Jason!

Jason was at all times extremely courteous and dependable, caring and paying attention to every little step we were taking. He was always ahead of the scheduled time, waiting with his large nice smile. He is an excellent and pleasant communicator and he was always running ahead of us to ensure that we enter quickly and smoothly to the visiting area, even making sure we take all the photos we wanted so we keep a great souvenir of our BEIJING visit; all of this with utmost respect and kindness. He made sure to remind us of prayer times (we explained that during travel, we can join noon and asr prayers together, so there was no worry at all for us to complete our religious duties once back to the hotel.

As for our driver, السيد. Hou Xiaobin, what can I say. He is such a respectful and professional person: always on time with a respectful smile, even always ahead of time, courteous, knew how to avoid all the traffic jam with an excellent standard of driving and always picking us up immediately after Jason calls him. Even with the language barrier (we don’t speak Mandarin and his English is limited) he was able to contribute greatly to the success of our visit. The vehicle was super excellent: comfortable and extremely clean.

In summary, we had the honour to leave BEIJING with remarkable new good friends. We wish Mr. Hou and Jason all the best in their careers and personal life.

The hotel to be frank was not great: we had to ask to change our room because there was a huge constant noise of the water pump in the bathroom. The front desk was dealing properly but not friendly at all and the breakfast was just good. The hotel needs quite some renovations, especially in the breakfast and lobby area. I have to say on the other hand that the room and bathroom was always cleaned very well, and with all necessary amenities.

Meals and restaurants: It was our request to eat in Halal restaurants. As I do not eat lamb and fatty food, طلبنا من جيسون تغيير المطاعم إلى أماكن يمكننا فيها تناول الطعام الصيني ولكن بدون لحم الخنزير. لقد تناولنا عشاءً لذيذاً مع خدمة ممتازة في المطاعم التي اختارها لنا جيسون. كانت هناك بعض الأيام التي اخترنا فيها تناول الطعام بأنفسنا, عندما ذهبنا للتسوق في ساعات متأخرة.

لن نتردد في تمرير جهات اتصالك لكل قريب وصديق نعرفه يتمنى زيارة الصين ( لقد أرسلنا بالفعل ابن عمنا وزوجته إليك).

مع أطيب تمنياتنا بالنجاح المستمر والازدهار للصين الإسلامية وأعضاء فريقها.

فيما يلي الملاحظات كما طلبت. نأمل أن تجدها مفيدة.

مندوب المبيعات
كانت حنا مؤدبة للغاية, صبورة ومفيدة حقًا منذ البداية. لقد تمكنت من شرح كل شيء بالتفصيل وبوضوح شديد. الأهم من ذلك, إنها سريعة الاستجابة وذاكرتها ممتازة. لم نضطر إلى أن نكرر نفس الشيء لها مرتين!

مرشدو الجولات السياحية
السيدة ساسا (شنغهاي) - نشطة ومتعاونة للغاية, مع معرفة جيدة.
السيدة سيندي (Guilin) - رقيقة ومهتمة للغاية. على الرغم من أن عائلتنا قضت وقتًا قصيرًا فقط, إلا أنها تمكنت من إسعادنا جميعًا.
السيدة أليس (شيآن) - على دراية كبيرة وتعرف حقائق تاريخية مثيرة للاهتمام. لديها القدرة على التحسن كثيرًا إذا تجنبت الكسل.
السيدة جينيفر (Beijing) - بسهولة, أفضل مرشدة سياحية كانت لدينا في الصين. متعاونة للغاية, نشطة جدًا, مفيدة للغاية وكانت دائمًا تتجاوز توقعاتنا. سنوصي بشدة لجميع العائلات والأصدقاء الذين يزورون بكين باختيار جينيفر كمرشدة سياحية لهم!
السيد جورج (غوانغتشو & شنتشن) - ودود للغاية ونشط جدًا.

فنادق
هوليداي إن إكسبرس, بوتو شنغهاي - حي هادئ ومسترخ. غرف مدمجة ومرتبة.
فندق جينيلاي هوليداي, Guilin - فندق مرتب ومرتب. ومع ذلك, الردهة أثناء الليل فارغة قليلاً.
فندق النجاح, شيان - غرفة فندق مرتبة ومدمجة. موقع جيد للتجول سيرًا على الأقدام.

السائقون
لا يمكننا التعليق كثيرًا على السائقين لأننا لم نتواصل معهم حقًا, لأنهم لا يتحدثون الإنجليزية. ومع ذلك, جميعهم ساعدونا في تحميل وتفريغ الأمتعة, وكان ذلك راحة كبيرة. السائق في جيلين دائمًا يبتسم بلطف.

ردود الفعل
يجب مراقبة فواتير المطاعم واسترداد الأموال عن كثب. القيمة المتوسطة للوجبة وفق الإرشادات عادة لا تتوافق مع فاتورة المطعم أو المبلغ المسترد. تغييرات في خط سير الرحلة من قبل المرشدين السياحيين (تم التفويض لـ IslamiChina) بسبب أي سبب يجب دائماً مناقشته بالكامل مع العميل والتواصل مع IslamiChina أيضاً من قبل المرشد. يجب ترتيب فطور حلال, لأنه بالكاد يوجد شيء يمكننا تناوله من البوفيه. نظرًا لأنها أول وجبة في يوم مزدحم, سيكون من الرائع أن نبدأ بوجبة حلال لطيفة.

بشكل عام
نحن سعداء لأننا اخترنا IslamiChina للسفر في الصين. جميع الجولات كانت مخططة بشكل مثالي ونُفذت بشكل جيد. وإلا, كنا سنتخيل فقط أننا جائعون طوال الوقت دون إيجاد طعام حلال مناسب أو القدرة على التواصل مع السكان المحليين. سوف نوصي بالتأكيد لجميع العائلة والأصدقاء باختيار IslamiChina.

سلام حنا,

فقط لإعلامكم أننا عدنا بأمان إلى سنغافورة.

فكرت أن أكتب لأشيد بكم على الرحلة المنظمة جيدًا. كانت مجموعتنا معجبة جدًا بكل الترتيبات من الفندق إلى مشاهدة المعالم. كانت كل الأمور منظمة بشكل رائع واستمتعنا حقًا بالإقامة في شيان.

يجب أن يُذكر مرشدنا السيد. روك. إنه حقًا ودود وخصص وقتًا لشرح تاريخ وثقافة شيان والصين لنا. نقدّر اهتمامه بالتفاصيل واحتياجاتنا من الطعام والصلاة. نظرًا لأن جميع أعضاء مجموعتنا أعمارهم فوق 60 سنة, كان صبورًا جدًا جدًا معنا. سوف نقدر إذا تمكّنتم من تمرير رسالتنا له بأنه كان رائعًا حقًا.

communication with ICT sales person;
It was very easy to communicate with Hanna. All response are replied so fast and acceptable. The services were so good and helping us to do preparation before our trip start

your tour guide;
Ms Jenna is our tour guide. As she spoke english so fluently we can easily communicate and understand what she talk about. She guide us from start until the end of the trip. And she also always explain about the place that we gonna go and check our condition.

the hotel you stay;
For the hotel hospitality it was superb! Spacious and very comfortable to relax and nearby halal stall. نود لو كان فطور الفندق يحتوي على أطعمة حلال يمكننا تناولها.

سائقكم;
كان السائق جيدًا. وبما أنه لا يعرف الإنجليزية نادرًا ما نتحدث معه. لكن كل القيادة والانضباط في المواعيد كان ممتازًا.

وجباتكم
الوجبات رائعة, المطعم كان جيدًا وجميلًا! الحصة كبيرة لكننا نكمل دائمًا جميع الأطباق لأنها كانت لذيذة جدًا .
