Circuit musulman de Xian 5 Jours
As-salam Johan,
Apologies for the late reply as I was too preoccupied with the existing workload.
To sum up, my friends and I are very pleased and contented with the services provided by your good office. Mme. Lulu, the tour guide was very much of an assistance. Not only she rendered all the serviced required, she was also willing to help us out accommodating to our needs. For instance, she had accompanied us to the Fake Market at the Muslim Quarter vicinity and helped us out to bargain the goods at a very fair price. Mme. Lulu’s vast knowledge on Xi’an’s history and environment are very impressive. She has a good command of English as well. During our stay in Xi’an, we have developed a form of friendship with Ms. Lulu as she has taken care and concerned of us quite well.
Quant à notre chauffeur, we have no complaints nor qualms at all against him. As he is generally a quiet and reserved person, we still feel comfortable with his presence. Like Ms. Lulu, he has also catered to our needs even it was outside his job scope. This is evident by the trip to the Tang Dynasty show. Néanmoins, the massive traffic and “skillful” driving styles of the Xi’an people has a resemblance of Beijing’s. But I guess that is somehow normal in China.
As for Xi’an City Hotel, its strategic and convenient location has really eased our trip especially our never ending back and forth to the Muslim Quarter. The room is spacious and beds are comfy. Cependant, the breakfast spread didn’t provide us with much choice as it was not entirely of halal meals. We just settled down with drinks and bread/mantou and fruits just to keep us going until lunch.
Lucky for us, during our entire tour, we were brought to an exclusive/high end Halal restaurants for lunches and dinners. The meals were ordered by Ms. Lulu and we really enjoyed them until every last bite with the exception of the Sichuan pepper meals. We feel that the package of USD288 per pax was worth and value for money.
As for you Mr. Johan, we would like to thank you for arranging this wonderful trip for us. We have gained plenty of knowledge and impressed by the ancient history and civilization. The whole experience is mesmerizing and valuable. We have recommended to our family and friends and looking forward to visiting Xi’an again. Insya Allah.

Je viens de revenir du circuit il y a quelques jours et tout d'abord je tiens à remercier personnellement Johan pour avoir organisé tous les arrangements nécessaires pour mon récent circuit ICT012 à Pékin, Xi'an et Shanghai. J'ai vraiment beaucoup apprécié le circuit. Voici mes retours sur les forfaits touristiques:
1) Pékin
a. Guide touristique - Vicky.
Vicky est très amicale & utile. Elle connaît non seulement les lieux du circuit mais aussi les sensibilités islamiques. Elle m'a même suggéré des activités supplémentaires à faire pendant mon temps libre en dehors de l'itinéraire (à mes propres frais bien sûr) comme le spectacle d'acrobatie. Elle m'a donné des options pour les endroits de la Grande Muraille et m'a laissé choisir la porte par laquelle nous devions grimper. Elle avait tous les billets d'entrée prêts, donc nous n'avons perdu aucun temps.. C'est un très bon service qu'elle fournit.. Je suis satisfait de Vicky..b. Hébergement à l'hôtel - Hôtel Taishun
L'hôtel est assez éloigné de la station de métro la plus proche et de toute autre attraction ou centre commercial.. Le seul aspect positif de l'hôtel est qu'il propose de la nourriture halal.. Il n'y a pas de coffre-fort ni de réfrigérateur..c. Lieux touristiques.
Vicky a revu mon itinéraire et a suggéré quelques modifications pour mieux gérer le temps.. C'est vraiment très bien car elle est mieux placée pour savoir où se trouvent les différents sites afin de les regrouper en une seule journée.. Elle a sélectionné de bons & restaurants halal délicieux.2) Xian
a. Guide touristique – Sally.
Sally est une charmante dame et connaît bien l'histoire de Xi'an ainsi que celle de la Chine dans son ensemble.. Même si elle n'avait jamais organisé de circuit musulman auparavant, elle m'a demandé conseil sur la nourriture et les horaires de prière. Elle m'a même fait découvrir les spécialités locales de Xi'an comme le bâtonnet de riz gluant, le gâteau à la grenade, le riz cuit à la vapeur au parfum de rose et les nouilles biang biang à ses frais. Elle est très flexible pour ajouter des activités supplémentaires comme l'ascension des remparts de la ville (frais supplémentaires à mes propres charges) pour s'assurer que mon voyage soit complet. La seule chose est qu'elle doit pré-déterminer les lieux de repas halal afin que nous n'ayons pas à choisir à la dernière minute.b. Hébergement – Xian City Hotel
L'hôtel est en ville et proche de la station de métro. Très bonnes installations & emplacement. Recommandé.c. Lieux touristiques.
Sally a suivi mon itinéraire et est flexible pour accueillir des ajouts tant que le temps le permet.3) Shanghai
a. Guide touristique – Cici.
Cici a une personnalité pétillante et connaît bien les endroits à Shanghai. Elle m'a accompagné jusqu'à l'entrée de la croisière sur le fleuve pour s'assurer que tout allait bien pour moi (car beaucoup de touristes chinois locaux). Ma suggestion pour Cici est d'acheter le billet à l'avance plutôt que de l'acheter sur place. (parce qu'elle connaît mon itinéraire).b. Hébergement – Holiday Inn Express Hotel
L'hôtel est récent et très bien situé à proximité de la station de métro et des centres commerciaux. Recommandé.c. Lieux touristiques.
Cici m'a conduit à tous les endroits prévus et m'a conseillé sur les horaires. Elle m'a même aidé à négocier certains des souvenirs que j'ai achetés.Dans l'ensemble, Je suis satisfait du service qui m'a été fourni. Voici quelques photos de la visite.

Hangzhou Suzhou Shanghai Muslim Tour 5 Jours
Dear Hanna and IslamiChina Agency,
China was simply amazing! Hangzhou, Suzhou and Shanghai are one of the most beautiful and amazing metropolitan city I've been to. The hotels we've checked in were good, clean and the room condition 7 out of 10. The places we went were great as we get to learn the history of the cities we're visiting and the same time enjoying the cool weather of china. It was really excited for us Malaysian to be in sweater all day due to the cool climate. The food was really delicious! We get to eat 10 delicious dishes in each restaurant we went. The stop for lunch and dinner was really excited as we get to eat chinnese food in China - the feeling was simply amazing. Everything were good, but we lack time for shopping. We hope for a longer time for shopping, cela ajouterait de l'excitation! Dans l'ensemble, la Chine était bien, il en est de même pour les villes, la nourriture était excellente, les hôtels étaient bons et les lieux que nous avons visités nous ont donné beaucoup de connaissances et d'expériences. 8 dehors 10 pour le voyage!!

Shanghai, Suzhou, Hangzhou, Xian, Beijing Tour 11 Jours
Good morning Johan and Hanna
Mr Afzal and family returned last week, and I’m happy to say they thoroughly enjoyed their trip. The food they said was great, and the guides were excellent. Thank you for taking extra care of these guests, and going forward happy to use the same guides and restaurant options as a framework for similar clients.
One negative they mentioned was at the Sophia Hotel, where they were asked to pay for their son’s breakfast. The hotel were not allowing the child to dine at breakfast. Other than that, all was fine.
In fact, they would like to enquire about a return trip, this time they would like to explore Lahsa and Chengdu. They only have 7 nights (arrival August 2016), and if you could suggest an itinerary to include Lahsa, Chegdu and maybe the Yangtze and Three Gorges Dam would be great. Again for 2 adults and 2 children (the elder one would actually just turned 12 then).

Beijing Muslim Tour 7 Jours

This is some of our feedback on our previous trip.
1) guide touristique.
Nous sommes heureux et satisfaits de Michael et de la manière dont il a géré notre groupe.
Michael:1) a de la patience si besoin est d'attendre un certain temps pour s'assurer que tout le monde
est prêt et préparé. ( pas de précipitation et tout le monde est heureux)2) organise l'itinéraire de manière si fluide, surtout sur les lieux, et nous pouvons profiter de tous les endroits, il y a du temps pour les photos tout en ne manquant aucun des lieux sur lesquels nous nous étions mis d'accord
planifiée bien en avance avant de venir à Beijing.3) organise des spectacles supplémentaires et nous ne dérangeons pas d'acheter des billets puisque nous avons du temps supplémentaire et le spectacle est superbe ! ( heureux qu'il ait fait cela)
4) nous emmène dans des magasins à prix raisonnable et beaucoup plus à des fins de santé . Wow, une telle bénédiction pour nous. Nous aimons ces magasins et leurs produits.
5) nous sommes tellement reconnaissants que Michael fasse un effort pour nous emmener prier à la mosquée presque tous les jours ! Syukur alhamdullillah. We even have time shop some muslim product nearby mosque. Its so great.
2) hôtel .
The hotel is nice and clean.
Only that it will be better if they can add varities in breakfast plus some if possible international menu.
(Imagine visitor have to eat almost same menu every morning)The retail dry food shop in the hotel really helps . We can buy mineral water , some pack sweet drinks , fresh fruits etc.
Add more muslim product if possible.3) Chauffeur
Our driver is superb. We are satisfy the way he handle the bus esp in traffic jam.
4) Repas
Regarding meals , yes we are so grateful varieties of restoran that michale and ict arrange for us. Varieties of taste.
We are glad he bring us eat western food as well.
5) communication with ICT sales pp
We would like to give 5 star for ict fast respond and communication. Répondre rapidement est l'une des raisons pour lesquelles nous avons choisi de voyager avec ICT. Continuez comme ça.
Nous sommes également satisfaits, surtout Hanna et Johan, pour leur coopération dans les situations difficiles telles que l'itinéraire et les tarifs.
Continuez aussi comme ça. Hanna , Votre patience à répondre aux e-mails et à répondre aux questions nous a beaucoup aidés. Cela aidera aussi les autres.
6) suggestion et conseil
Notre suggestion , votre compagnie. Peut devenir important sur le marché musulman de l'ASEAN. Votre paquet ICT, itinéraire , les repas et le guide touristique sont excellents.
Sincèrement, c'est beaucoup mieux comparé à certains de nos voyages à Pékin avec des agences de voyage non musulmanes auparavant, bien que ce soit sous un tour musulman. C'est différent.ICT peut promouvoir votre forfait lors de notre salon touristique local .
ICT peut travailler en étroite collaboration avec les agences de voyage musulmanes en Malaisie.En plus des agences de voyage , vous pouvez aider à promouvoir les produits musulmans de Pékin dans notre pays.
En plus du web , continuez à promouvoir votre excellent TIC dans les pays de l'ASEAN et à grandir GRAND !
Souhaite à votre entreprise. Tous mes vœux et heureux de voir nos musulmans se développer dans le monde entier.

Over all activities are excellent but due to limited time we are not able to explore other places such as Mount Hue. The knowledge of the tourist guide (Miss Lulu) is excellent and she knows and able to explain all the questions, furthermore her English is very good and fluent so easy for us to communicate.

Tailor Made Great Wall & Fragrant Hill Tour

I just arrived back in Singapore this morning. I have actually filled in the form and given it to Tina, the guide at the end of the tour. You might want to ask her for the survey.
I also gave $450 to Tina for the driver and guide fees. It would be good in future if you could provide a receipt.
Dans l'ensemble, I enjoyed the experience. Tina was very good and took very good care of me. It was a bit too early for everyone but we managed to get some sleep in-between journey and Mr Tian the driver also managed to get some sleep when waiting for us on our tour.
Mr Tian was also very good driver as he knew a lot of the back road and avoided a lot of traffic and we had a smooth journey throughout. There was some traffic jam on highway on the return to Beijing from Mutianyu but Mr Tian managed to find alternative routes and we got back by 5.30 pm. Delayed by 30 minutes but it was okay because it could have been worse with the jam. I would use Mr Tian again, his driving was good and he is on time and schedule.
The air quality was not good on the day and so visibility was not good but I still enjoyed myself. We started with the mosque. Malheureusement, the ladies section had no lights and I had to pray in the men's area. We left soon after 5.30 am and headed for Fragrant Hill. We got to Fragrant Hill by 6.20 matin. There was no traffic jam. It was good advice to go to Fragrant Hill first because by the time we finished and drove down, the traffic was bad going up the hill. Nous avons grimpé jusqu'à mi-chemin du sommet à Fragrant Hill, c'était un bon exercice et Tina a bien aidé pendant l'ascension et nous avons vu le "lever du soleil".
Nous sommes arrivés à l'Aman Summer Palace tôt, c'est-à-dire. avant 9.00 et avons pris le petit-déjeuner avec M. Tian. Je pense que Tina et M. Tian ont apprécié la nouvelle expérience de manger à Aman. Il y avait un serveur occidental qui a aidé à prendre ma commande de petit-déjeuner pour s'assurer que la nourriture est préparée de manière halal. Nous avons exploré l'Amanresort après le petit-déjeuner pour voir à quoi ressemble l'établissement.
Nous avons quitté Aman vers 10.00 et avons conduit jusqu'à Yanqihu. Mr Tian drove past the Olympic village and saw the Bird's Nest stadium. Nous sommes arrivés à Yanqihu vers 11.00 et avons passé environ une heure là-bas. La conduite était facile et sans circulation. Quand nous sommes arrivés au parc de Yanqihu, we were told that the Kempinski Hotel was off-limits because of the upcoming Apec Summit and it is closed for security reasons. Yanqihu Park has been done up very nicely for the Apec. I took a 3 minute speedboat ride to see a closer look of the hotel from the lake. There were not many tourists there and I would recommend that this be a destination that you offer to your customers in future because it is a very nice lake and after Apec and if the weather is clear, the hotel and the dome looks very impressive from the lake and hopefully visitors can stay and go to the hotel next time. I did my prayers at the park which was very pleasant and nice to pray.
From Yanqihu we decided to find a place nearby for lunch and saw a shop/residential area called Spring Legend Alpine Village.....and stopped there for lunch. There was no halal restaurant and the guide and driver had lunch at a nearby restaurant and I waited in the car. I brought some sandwiches and snack to eat. I also had a heavy breakfast at Aman, so was still quite full for lunch.
By 1.00 pm we headed for Mutianyu. The drive was less than an hour from the Yanqihu area and no traffic. We reached there before 2.00 pm and the timing was perfect because there were not many tourists queuing and we were able to get tickets and take the shuttle without having to wait. We took the cable car up to Great Wall - spend about 30 minutes up there and came down. By the time we finished, it was around 3.00 17h et nous retournons au centre-ville de Pékin.
Tout était conforme au programme et s'est déroulé comme prévu.
J'espère retourner en Chine et peut-être faire d'autres voyages à l'intérieur de la Chine. I am particularly interested in visiting Urumqi as I don't believe many tourists go there. Peut-être l'automne prochain lorsque les couleurs d'automne seront belles. Il n'y avait pas beaucoup de couleurs d'automne à la Colline Parfumée mais la Grande Muraille avait plus de couleurs.
Merci d'avoir aidé à organiser et je voudrais certainement Tina et M. Tian si je visite Pékin à nouveau. Ils rendent mon voyage très confortable.

Shanghai Suzhou & Hangzhou Tours

Cher frère Johan,
The tour guide Promise was very helpful and knowledgeable. There was no problems in communication because there was Dr Thor in my group who speaks Mandarin. The ICT sales in communicating with me has been excellent. The driver was friendly and ever willing to accommodate our wanting to stop to go to toilet issues. The hotel was excellent too. The restaurants chosen had great food but the rest rooms inside the restaurants was not clean (the level of hygiene was poor which was disappointing because it was in a place where food was being prepared....Alhamdulillah none of us came down with food poisoning). I would suggest that if a trip takes 3 hours to go there and to get back it is better to suggest to the tourists to spent a night at that place rather than have to rush back.
Thank you for a giving us a meaningful journey. If all goes well I may decide to go to Beijing in 2015 for the same conference only this time in a different city (provided the issue with MH 370 gets resolved first).
