Beijing Muslim Tour 6 Days

Good morning,

It was only yesterday that we came back home from the holiday. On behalf of myself, my husband and our daughter, I like to confirm that we have spent 6 wonderful days in Beijing, an unforgettable experience indeed that could not have been the same if we did not visit the city via Islamic China!  We were amazed at how much the city and its suburbs were clean, how organised, how modern; I was astonished when I entered to the Museum WOW!!

What I respect is truly the people and their understanding that if every citizen does not take in hand his duties, things will be in a mess. I respect very much the government system that allowed these change sto happen but in an orderly way due to the very high population rate.

Communication with ICT sales person: Hannah, you were more than amazing in your kindness, professionality and adaption tour needs. Even after we arrived and stayed in our hotel, Hannah made sure to check on us and see whether our rooms are suitable and whether we need anything else.

From the minute we arrived to when we were lead into the check-in area on departure day, our guide ’Jason’ was great- a big thank you and well done Jason!

Jason was at all times extremely courteous and dependable, caring and paying attention to every little step we were taking. He was always ahead of the scheduled time, waiting with his large nice smile. He is an excellent and pleasant communicator and he was always running ahead of us to ensure that we enter quickly and smoothly to the visiting area, even making sure we take all the photos we wanted so we keep a great souvenir of our BEIJING visit; all of this with utmost respect and kindness. He made sure to remind us of prayer times (we explained that during travel, we can join noon and asr prayers together, so there was no worry at all for us to complete our religious duties once back to the hotel.

As for our driver, Mr. Hou Xiaobin, what can I say. He is such a respectful and professional person: always on time with a respectful smile, even always ahead of time, courteous, knew how to avoid all the traffic jam with an excellent standard of driving and always picking us up immediately after Jason calls him. Even with the language barrier (we don’t speak Mandarin and his English is limited) he was able to contribute greatly to the success of our visit. The vehicle was super excellent: comfortable and extremely clean.

In summary, we had the honour to leave BEIJING with remarkable new good friends. We wish Mr. Hou and Jason all the best in their careers and personal life.

The hotel to be frank was not great: we had to ask to change our room because there was a huge constant noise of the water pump in the bathroom. The front desk was dealing properly  but not friendly at all and the breakfast  was just good. The hotel needs  quite some renovations, especially in the breakfast and lobby area. I have to say on the other hand that the room and bathroom was always cleaned very well, and with all necessary amenities.

Meals and restaurants: It was our request to eat in Halal restaurants. As I do not eat lamb and fatty food, we asked Jason to change to restaurants where we can eat Chinese but without pork. We had delicious dinner with an excellent service at the restaurants Jason chose for us. There were few days when we have opted to eat on our own, when we went for late hours shopping.

We will not hesitate to pass on your contacts to every relative and friend we know wishing to visit China ( we have already sent you our cousin and his wife).

Salesperson
Hanna has been extremely polite, patient and really helpful right from the beginning. She has managed to explain each and everything very well in details. Most importantly, she is highly responsive and has great memory. We did not have to ask her the same thing twice!

Tour Guides
Ms.Sasa (Shanghai) - Active and very accommodating, with good knowledge.
Ms.Cindy (Guilin) - Extremely caring and sweet. Even though our family spent very little time, she managed to please us all.
Ms.Alice (Xi'An) - Highly knowledgeable and knows interesting historical facts. Has the potential to do much better if she avoids being sluggish.
Ms.Jennifer (Beijing) - Easily, the best tour guide we had in China. Highly accommodating, very energetic, super helpful and always went beyond our expectations. Would highly recommend all family and friends visiting Beijing to pick Jennifer as their tour guide!
Mr.George (Guanghzhou & Shenzhen) - Extremely friendly and highly active.

Hotels
Holiday Inn Express, Putuo Shanghai - Calm and relaxed neighbourhood. Compact and neat rooms.
Jinyi Holiday Hotel, Guilin - Neat and tidy hotel. However, the lobby during night is a bit empty.
Success Hotel, Xian - Neat and compact hotel room. Good location to walk around.
Beijing Taishun Hotel, Beijing - Average cleanliness. But the relaxed location, great halal restaurant nearby and Halal breakfast make up for it.
Guangzhou Longzhou Hotel, Guangzhou - Neat and compact hotel room.
Shenzhen Musilm Hotel, Shenzhen - In good proximity to the HK border. Easy to get Halal food.

Drivers
We cannot comment much about the drivers because we never really communicated with them, as they don't speak English. However, all of them helped us with loading and unloading the luggage, which was an absolutely relief. The driver at Guilin always had a pleasant smile.

Feedback
Restaurant bills and refunds have to be monitored more closely. The guideline average meal value does not usually match with restaurant bill or refund. Changes in itinerary by tour guides (outsourced by IslamiChina) due to any reason must always be fully discussed with the client and communicated with IslamiChina also by the guide. Halal Breakfast must be arranged, as there's hardly anything we can eat off the buffet. Since it's the first meal of a busy day, would be great to start off with a nice Halal meal.

Overall
We are glad that we chose IslamiChina to travel in China. All the tours were perfectly planned and well executed. Otherwise, we could only imagine ourselves being hungry throughout without finding proper Halal food or being able to communicate with the locals. Will definitely recommend all family and friends to pick IslamiChina.

Just to let you know that we are back safely in Singapore.

Thought I just write in to complement you for the well-organized trip. Our group were very impressed with all the arrangement from hotel to the site seeing. All were very well organized and we truly enjoyed the stay in Xian.

Special mention must go to our guide Mr. Rock. He is truly friendly and spent time to explain Xian and China history and culture to us. His attention to details and our dietary and prayer needs are well appreciated. Considering that all of us in the group are above 60 years old, he was very very patience with us. We would appreciate if you can passed on our message to him that he was being truly awesome.

communication with ICT sales person;
It was very easy to communicate with Hanna. All response are replied so fast and acceptable. The services were so good and helping us to do preparation before our trip start

your tour guide;
Ms Jenna is our tour guide. As she spoke english so fluently we can easily communicate and understand what she talk about. She guide us from start until the end of the trip. And she also always explain about the place that we gonna go and check our condition.

the hotel you stay;
For the hotel hospitality it was superb! Spacious and very comfortable to relax and nearby halal stall. We would like more if the breakfast of the hotel have halal foods that we can eat.

your driver;
The driver was OK. As he doesnt know english so we rarely speak with him. But all the driving and time punctuality was excellent.

your meals
The meals is superb, the restaurant was so good and nice! The portion is big but we always finish all the dishes as the dishes was so delicious .

This is by the far the best experience and trip ever with ground tour! Travelling with IslamiChina Travel was not only safe but also fun.  Hanna and Rebecca were very kind and helpful throughout my contact with them. Hotels, drivers, itinerary and food arranged for me exceeded my expectation and I was really impressed.  The highlight of my tour was none other than the 7th wonder of the world; The Great Wall and Niu Jie stop.  Love the halal food at Niu Jie.

Overall, China was AWESOME! I will be back soon 🙂

Below are my/our feedback on ICT service:

Communication with ICT sales person, Miss Hanna: Fast and perfect. Very accommodating. No improvement require.

Tour guide: Robin - Punctual, knowledgeable, helpful and does his best to meet our request. A very patience man. Thanks to him for the educational history of china.

Driver: Very polite but on quiet site due to language barrier. He is the service with a smile guy.

Hotel: Bell Tower Xian – Location superb. Check-in and Check-out smooth and fast. Room is great with picture perfect view. Maintenance and cleaning staff are fast, helpful and understand us even with sign language. Salute to them. The front office should put up more smile on their face.

Meals: Superb. Robin taken us to try variety of dishes.

For an on behalf of our group, we would to thank you for the hospitality provided to us during our visit in Xian on 31 March 2017 – 5 April 2017.  We definitely will contact ICT in the future for the next trip to China.

Assalamualaikum,

We (our family group of 7)went to guangzhou and shenzhen on 5th october 2017 till 13th october 2017. It was very easy to communicate with Hanna ( the islami china representative) with very fast response to our e mail. Iniatially we tried to get the ground arrangement with malaysia travel agency but all replied that our trip is too long and they only arrange for 5 to 6 days trip only. Luckily i found about islami china from the internet. It was very easy to deal with this agency.
During our trip,our tourist guide was very helpful and the stay  was very pleasant. The hotels were okay and the restaurants served delicious muslim food.
We certainly will use islami china service again for our future trip to china.

Thank you once again for making our trip a memorable trip.

On behallf of my group I would like give you special  thank for your excellent professionalism.  Whats app communication was excellent.Everytime I contacted for any information  you were so prompt and precise with courteous language that proves how sincere and dedicated you are to your job.

The guides and hotel selections were very good.

Laura and Robin were very knowledgeable and helpful in Bejing and Xian.

We have enjoyed the food also.
One suggestions to improve the customer satisfaction if consideration can be given to inform upfront if anyone has food alergy. Example : Someone can be affected if peanuts are in the food.

Thanks once again Hanna and your  team to arrange a memorable China trip for us.

Sorry for my delayed response. It's a task to get back to your life after a travel. Anyway, I am very happy to let you know that we had an excellent experience with ICT. Communication with your sales personnel was very easy. The guide was again very helpful with good knowledge of Chinese history and English. Although we had a three day tour package,he helped us throughout our stay at Beijing with useful tips. The food you arranged at halal restaurants was also tasty. The driver was always at time and very cooperative.

But many many thanks to you and Valon, our guide. Hope to travel with ICT in future and I'll definitely recommend you to other Muslim travellers.

I am Nadeem and my wife Rehana travelled to China for 22 days for holidays. We are from Mauritius and we are muslim. So first of all we thanks all the staffs if islamichina.com for the good service the provided to us. This company is really very good for Muslim. If you are a muslim and want an agency company so don't hesitate to contact Islamic China because they will fulfilled all the things that the promise to you and everyday accordingly to your itinerary you will go for prayersin mosque and as they tell you about food in halal restaurants. So your meal will be in a halal restaurant muslim. This is very good. As muslim is better to take an agency as islamichina because to search a halal restaurants is not easy as communications with Chinese peolpe is not easy because many dont understand English. In some cities the food is very spicy so tell the guide to help you and explain to the person working in the restaurant about soicy or less spicy. All our hotel in every was a 3 star all the hotel was book by islamichina it was very good. Very well organise also for well experiences driver as well guide and also transport. Thank again

But we specially thank an special staff of islamichina miss HANNA whi prepared our tirp in china for 22 days .she is very intelligent she knows how to tackle the itinerary she is very fast to reply your questions. very helpful -cooperation - comprehensive- and always will find a good solution if any problems.  Thank you very much miss HANNA  for all preparation about drivers guides hotels domestic air ticket train ticket Yangtze river cruise and for all beautiful places we visited that you gave selected to us for our trip.

Our trip starts on 8 aug 17 Beijing visited all the places thank to mr Yang our driver the best one and miss Annie our guide then we take high speed train to Xian on 12 aug after all the sight seeing we fly to Chengdu on 14 aug there we thank Miss May our guide

16 aug we arrived Kunming very beautiful lime stobe forest here we thank mr Jack very dynamics guide and very helpful

Then we arrive in Guillin 18 aug .it really beautiful thank to mr way driver and special thank to mr Tony our guide very interesting person very corperation

After guillin we fly to Chongqing after visit we board the 5 star cruise victoria genna.that was a beautiful boat and  many staff speak english and good service

After the cruise we arrive in Yichang. Then we fly to Shanghai on 25 aug. From shanghai we went to Suzhou and also Hangzhou and back to shanghai till our departure date on 29 aug.

We have a good experience in china and good time thank again to islamichina and miss HANNA.
