My group and I are happy to be home in Singapore today.

We were all so excited about this trip and to see China.

Thanks for arranging the itinerary and all the logistics involved for this.

We all had a marvellous time and fun and enjoyed the sights and food.

BEIJING........With our guide Tina who was there to receive us and again to safely send us to the railway station for journey to Xian. She was knowledgable and shared the Chinese history of the places we visited. Amazing city and places and we were enthralled. Food was good and we enjoyed and happy too that we got to see the mosque and offer prayers there.

XIAN......With Lulu the bully guide again had so much to share about stories of Xian. The Terra Cotta warriors was an experience. The Muslim quarter and mosque and surrounding shops were really interesting.

GUILIN.......With Ray our male guide. Interesting to learn about this place of 1 M population and offering scenic locations. The best part was the  4 hour boat cruise and the Reef Flute Cave. We also enjoyed a morning stroll in front of our hotel of the Lakes of Banyan and Fur.

SHAGHAI.......Despite being there just for a day, Judy gave us much information of the city and its people and the sights around. Indeed it looks like a city in UK or US. We were amazed at the city skyline and the Bund Area and old Shanghai.

On the whole we were happy with the tours. Yes there is a lot of walking. We wished the drivers could come nearer to drop and pick us. We were really tired and lots of stairs too.

This is the feedback from my whole group.

Hanna appreciate your help and will surely want to come back to Shanghai and also see others parts of China again.

We were also impressed by her excellent English, her professional and courteous manner. Our driver Mr. Hou, was also great and punctual. He was so cool and very kind. The song "The Moon Represents My Heart (月亮代表我的心)" by Teresa Teng, reminds us of him because he used to play this song over and over during the trip 🙂

Tailor Made Shanghai & Suzhou Muslim Tour 3 Days

Please find our feedback as per below:

As this was our first family trip to China, we anticipated to learn a lot about China's heritage, culture and history thus traveling with ICT has helped us achieved this.
Communicating with Hanna (via email and whatsapp) was indeed a pleasant journey as she is friendly, helpful and prompt when responding to any inquiries.
Our tour guide Ms Judy was very experienced, professional and always trying to accommodate our likes/needs. She also taught us some basic Mandarin language as we find it hard to communicate with non-English speaking salesperson.
Our driver (can't remember his name) was also punctual and knows the road in Shanghai/Suzhou well.
With regards to our meal, we opine that the best restaurant was the second night (dinner) in terms of varieties and taste. The lunch meal i.e noddles and rice was simple and delicious yet similar to what we have in our country- since the emerging of northern Chinese cuisine restaurants nowadays. The kids pretty much enjoyed the lunch meal.

For future improvements, we would like to suggests the followings:
1. Free mineral water in the van/coach just to keep us hydrated;
2. Keep us informed on latest offerings by ICT including a more customise and affordable family/group package deal

We have enjoyed China and hope to return to other parts of China in the near future. Thank you ICT for a memorable journey.

The guide Rebecca are knowledgable in the history of China and we are very pleased with the guide.. keep up the good work. Others may say how dirty china is with people spitting around or how they mention about the environment .. but this trip really Prove them wrong about China .. I love on how clean Beijing is and the Chinese are not as bad as what they thing . Only problem are language but with guide who can speak well in English nothing is impossible .. The transportation are clean and divers are kind ..

Insyaallah we will explore other parts of china using your service again . I will promote your agency for others to visit china and I realise it's best to use private tour and will convince others as well

Till we meet again next year insyaallah. Send my regards to Rebecca and Mr Yusof Mah. I met him before I think about 8 years ago in my previous agency ..

Xian Muslim Tour 1 Day

The tour arranged was great. We enjoyed it. All the itineraries were well chosen. The guide Linda was very good and knowledgeable. Although we do not have a lot of interaction with the driver, he seems to be ok. Rate 8/10. The meal was good although the service was a bit poor as one of our dish came quite late. We also see other customers complaining of their dishes not coming or delivered fast. Rate 6/10

Anyway, I have no hesitation to recommend my friends to use IslamiChina Travel when they go to China.

Xian Luoyang Muslim Tour 6 Days

We are safely home. Thank you for everything, it was a wonderful trip.

I have shared my lovely photos of Xian and Louyang to friends and colleagues today, some are already interested to take trips thereJ. I will surely recommend you as the tour agent.

We are pleased with the services received from your team. Mr. Robert, Mr Choo (Xian driver), Frank (our guide in Louyang) and the driver are all very good and very helpful.

The itinerary is comprehensive and covered all tourists spots in Xian and Louyang. We enjoyed every minute spent in both places.

All the meals and restaurants we went to were very very good and clean. We really enjoyed the delicious Chinese cuisine especially the steamboat in Louyang. That was something special!

We love the Muslim quarters and spent our last day walking throughout the whole area and trying all the delicious snacks. 4 of us put on weight after coming back from Xian.

Thank you also for arranging good hotels for us Hanna, they were clean, modern and very good. We had a warm and lovely stay in both cities.

My recommendation is only one – to take your guests to the restaurant I told you about in my whatsapp, instead of the one we went to with Robert. The taste of the lamb is better, hahahah!

Beijing Muslim Tour 5 Days

W'asalam,

I have come back from my holiday and found that my sightseeing was very good and I really enjoyed spending time exploring Beijing with my sister and tour guide. I found that my tour guide Hannah was excellent, easy to talk to and spoke great English. She always explained the tour in a lot of detail and went out of her way to help us.  The driver was also fantastic.

I found that the lunch meals were also good, but the buffet at Golden palace restaurant was very poor.

The only problem I had with my holiday was the hotel location. The hotel was located in a very quiet, remote and isolated area. Once we were back at our hotel (roughly 5PM ) we had nothing to do and no-where to go. We only had the same restaurants to go to for dinner every day which was a shame as we did not get to explore the night life of Beijing. The hotel was also located in an area where no-body could speak English, both in the hotel and the restaurant next to the hotel. This we also found very difficult. Lastly, the breakfast at the hotel was very very poor. We always skipped breakfast because of this.

In future, I would love to book with IslamiChina again, but the location of the hotel has put me off. I would prefer for my hotel to be located in a busy, central area.

Thanks for the feedback and for your kind suggestion. The Great Wall of China is located 85km away from Beijing. So far the Golden Palace restaurant is the only Halal restaurant in that area. This restaurant also offers a prayer room with the help of Yusof Ma, the founder of IslamiChina Travel. Anyway we have talked to the boss of this restaurant to make their lunch more dilicious.

As for the hotel in Beijing, we will remove the hotel from our hotel list for FIT travelers and we will not use this hotel in the future for other FIT travelers. We will use more conveniently located 3-star hotels for future private travelers.

Tailor-made Silk Road Tour 7 Days

Destinations: Beijing, Xian, Urumqi, Turpan, Kashgar, Beijing

Wa alaikum assalaam Hanna,

The tour was excellent, it was very well planned. It was great to be able to see so many sights within just 7 days. I would suggest not including Urumqi Meiyu Hotel in the itinerary - it was an awful hotel. It was dirty (there were leftover French fries and some type of food on the floor when I walked in to the hotel room). The Sunworld Hotel is also a difficult hotel to stay at - it took 30  - 40 min to check in and check out both nights that we stayed in Beijing. Otherwise, it is in a good location as it allows one to do some shopping. The hotel in Kashgar was the best of them all - an excellent hotel. I only wish we had had a little more time in Kashgar. The tour guides in each city were great, especially Abdul Wahab in Kashgar and Shan Lei in Urumqi/Turpan.

Thanks for the feedback and for your suggestion. We will remove Urumqi Meiyu Hotel from our list and we will not use hotel in the future for other travelers. As for the Sunworld Hotel Beijing, we have sent your message to their sales manager and hopefully they will improve their service. Beijing Sunworld Hotel is located right in the heart of Beijing and quite close to Dongsi Mosque and it is a super value hotel in terms of location and price.

We are looking forward to your next China trip.
